What's Going On With The Club World Group

Hi, I have to ask if anyone else has noticed the change at the Club World Group. When I try to get a bonus the only one available is 35% and the other bonuses are gone. If I get in to chat and ask for a higher bonus they say they will pass is on to the Promotions Department. I used to receive daily emails from them but those have totally stopped from all of their casino's. I love these casino's and have won two very large Random Jackpots in the in the last year but I am very concerned that there is something amiss here. Does anyone else see the change in them. I'm sure if Vixen has heard anything, she would let us all know.

Thanks Dani. I was thinking that too and your probably right. I hadn't heard anything in the forum about them so I was just curious. I love this group and have played in them for years. I have to add that they are the one of the best paying casino groups around. Thanks again!!!

Same thing happend to me tessa35. I used to get such wonderful bonus offers like 100% and 200% and now I get only 35% and 40%. I dont know why they changed the promos but it sucks!

I haven't been playing there for quite a while but I have not been using too many coupons anywhere. I hate having to have playthroughs

Thanks CareyG, at least it's not my imagination. Ya they used to send me free money in snail mail all the time and when that stopped, I was getting emails with 68 to 80% but now the 35% is all I can get inside the casino. I'm not even getting any emails from them now. I sure miss the good old days. LOL

Ya Judyb, I hate the playthrough too. Last night I deposited $100 and got a 131% bonus at another casino and had a playthrough of $13,604. Needless to say I didn't make it and lost my money. Got up to $454 but still had $7600 to go. It's allot better when you don't take a bonus but the money without the bonus doesn't to go as far. It's a bummer sometimes either way.

I don't like using coupons either, but sometimes when you only have a little money and want it to last its nice to use a coupon.

I've just noticed a lack of the freebies that I used to get, occasionally I would get a $100 freebie but they seem to have stopped. I am still getting promos around the 65-75%, but not as many emails as before.

Your lucky sorcer3 that your still getting 65% to 75%. Those were the bonus amounts that I got for years. Now all I get is 35% I haven't gotten any free money from them in years and all emails from them completely stopped about 4 weeks ago. Don't know what's going on but I hope things at lease go back to normal. Good Luck!!!
