Believe it or not I arranged a wire to wp as soon as that grand hit qt... but forgot the coming weekend would need funds in bankroll and didn't consider the time involved in the wirel.... so went to reverse a portion and they'd already locked in the withdrawal at qt lol....
It will be great when it hits the wp, but may be a looooonnnnngggg weekend...

This Happened at Vegas Regal Hun? If so, for one i would say its very unacceptable if they were rude and two, 10 days would completely be ridiculous! This is my opinion, there is almost never any reason that any support staff should be rude about anything, almost no matter if the player gets mad.(to a limit)

Thatsa their job, to be polite and helpful, and help us calm down a bit when we are getting screwed by them.

pix, write them via email early today stressing that you need them to check with their eprocessor asking why the delay... Anton's 2 business day transaction is definitely not the norm for me... could be because he's not here in the US as we are and is using a different ewallet... but my transactions from them rarely take as long as this one has for you. I bet it will hit your qt very soon today...

I suspect that support is trained to answer the "standard answer" and quote the longest time period possible to cya themselves... And to be honest I"ve gotten the impression that the support people have no way to check exactly where your withdrawal is in the lineup of items to be processed... once it's leaves the casino and heads to the eprocessor they are "at the mercy" of the eprocessor.... and since every one except one to my knowledge uses the same processor we all sit and wait for our cashins...

There is no excuse for rudeness from them at any time. I would also be ticked about having to wait that long for payment. I have heard about a few people having to send their documnets in again. I hope that is not what they are doing to you. The best thing to do would be to ask vixen for help. She seems to get things done. Good luck!
