I downloaded two days ago and nothing was available. I got an email that said I wasn't eligible for promotions and to respond to the email if I wanted them to look at my account. I did just that and haven't heard back. I don't know how I got on this bonus banned list but it is so frustrating. Especially since I am eligible for promos at Simon Says. That is where I mainly play and I have never cashed out at another Rival but have deposited.
