Please be patient with us while we find out what is happening. I am thinking this is a RTG issue in general and I am sure they will sort out very soon.

hello admin in my case I was playing in intertops I had the first place and the tournament ended this Sunday, it is crazy what happened since RTG nobody knows anything

I confirm, RTG ran maintenance on Slot Tournaments, which affected basically all tournaments of RTG operators.

Some tournaments disappeared, unfortunately. Brand managers as well as support are taking care of player complaints on an individual basis.

We kindly ask that you please contact support at the casino brand for complaints, if after that you have not been satisfied please post the casino and id here in this thread and we will forward complaints for you. This will be a slow process so we ask in advance for some patience while this is all being sorted out.

Stay tuned for new tournaments!

It is a lack of professionalism, what happened, it is very easy for RTG to say that sorry and as if nothing happened when there were people who dedicated their time and money and now they lost it, many times it is very difficult to get a first or second place since the Games pay little, not even they treat compensation at all, only that it is fine, this lets us think about whether or not to continue playing in the RTG casinos since this leaves much to be desired, now I understand why the RTG casinos are far below from other casinos that this would never happen

Well, it is the tournament of this forum that began on October 15 and that this Sunday was going to end, it had the first place and was going to win $ 135 for the first place in the spectacular count game me user mapluche in intertops red

I was told the casino was contacting everyone to sort it out. I will send them your id now if they have not already compensated you.

I was, actually, the leader in the tournament @ Intertops, and they refunded everything. All players were refunded the amount they had spend up to that point.

What?? If you feel that way do not enter any but I can tell you one thing they are NOT manipulated! This was a RTG software issue, NOT the casinos, this was fixed and EVERYONE that paid or was in a winning spot has been sorted!! You are free to not enter but don't come here making false statements! Many actually enjoy these Freerolls we put on for the last 20 yrs, this is the first time this happened!

I am closing this thread, if you have a complaint please pm Dani or myself and we will respond. Everyone has been sorted via the casino.
@pattie2 we have not been given any stuff for Intertops if we do get this we can send the pass please pm @dani3839

You have been credited by the casino with a win of 130 plus 6 you spent on buy-in. I sure hope that is great news for you and the thoughts of something being rigged is now out of your mind.
