Well it is not working again. When I first logged in about an hour ago it was working. Just went back now to make a deposit and not working.What is going on?

What a bummer! It's greyed out on my screen now too! Hopefully it'll be fixed quickly.

labell, can I ask you a question. I won on a 8.50 free tourney and have my balance up to 100.00, and would be able to cash that out. Now if I withdrew it to OT, would I be able to use that 100.00 to deposit at other casinos. I asked OT support that question and they said yes , I can withdraw to OT, but I am not sure about using it to deposit.

Hi nikkidog hon, if you get money in qt and want to deposit with casinos with it..you sure can. Most all the casinos now accept qt as a deposit method. Hope this helps and congrats on your win.

My QT VISA option hasn't worked for days. The ACH option isn't available either. I have check every hour on the hour for the visa option...nope!! So, it may be it works for some and not others...

Thanks for your reply redfawn. Do you think with all that is going on with OT , once I getit in there they will allow me to make deposits at casinos with it. I hope so.

OT is up and running, but support said that it will probably be on for about an hour before it goes down again. Said they are looking for a permanent resolution to this problem.

nikkidog redfawn is absolutely correct, qt is like a gaming bank account. Easily withdraw to it, then easily use it to deposit anywhere you play. I'd say 99% of the casinos here at Streak take it! And if you get it built up, you can wire home to your bank! Good luck, and congrats on the cashout!

just made a transfer to my quicktender acct. i received the email confirmation, but my QT acct. balance is not showing the money in my balance. i emailed support a few times, waiting to hear what's up! Please has anyone else experienced this? Thank You, violet57

thanks judy, i sure will keep all updated. hopefully my money shows up soon in my acct. i'm really getting nervous and upset bout the whole situation. earlier today i was informed by live support @ 7pm the cc/debit card transfer would be available. and bout a min. after 7pm it was available so i made a transfer and message stated trans was okay, but :moneynot there? Really weird.

Hi violet57, I've got the same thing going on. I made the deposit at about 7:03 PM EST and it didn't go into my QT account. Then my husband did one and his didn't show up at first either but about 10 minutes later his was credited but mine still hasn't shown up. I have emailed them 2 times, once with the confirmation that I received from QT attached but haven't heard a thing back from them. Kind of freaked out also. Let me know if you get yours....GOOD LUCK!!!

Just checked and mine is in QT however the Visa is blocked off again so I guess I won't be doing anymore deposits tonight. Hope you get yours soon.

I bet they're hand processing the Visa deposits - that's why there'd be a lag as it would be a hands on instead of instant transaction. THank heavens though that we can deposit once a day.
