Intertops recommended this Kaiku visa card for me to get so I could deposit at the casino, and so far I haven't had a problem it goes threw every time.
Its free to get and you use money gram to load it which cost 3.95. Here's the link:

Its an actual prepaid visa card, I had never heard of it either until Intertops told me, but so far so good.
