Townes- what a TALENT!!!

I know he has some influence over some of my favorite musicians. I think he became a bit better known afte his death.

I was watching a doc. on him, they had his Xwife and his son, various others. His son who is in his 20's? was saying how (and this was yrs. after he passed) that he listened to rap etc.

BUT---

That he really started getting into his fathers music.

Somethings never change.. I'm blessed to know and love the music I've found or been turned onto. But just like the band X called it- THE UNHEARD MUSIC if you don't get radio play (which is a a SAD JOKE, the way it's been killed) then you are spoon fed a bunch of soul less CRAP!

And on that note, I'm going to the House of Blues Sunset to see Cubensis and shake my bones to the music of the Grateful Dead
