Important information about your account!

Hi Patsy !
In light of the recent changes in US legislation, the Jackpot Factory casino group has decided to stop taking
bets from players residing in the following states, as determined by the player's IP address:

  • Kentucky, Illinois, Indiana, Louisiana, Michigan, Nevada, New Jersey, New York,
Oregon, Utah, South Dakota, Washington and Wisconsin.
  • Unfortunately, your IP address traces to New Jersey,
and on Tuesday, November 4th, your account will be blocked.
  • Please note that the casino will conduct a manual withdrawal for any remaining funds in your casino cash
account at the start of the next work week. The Jackpot Factory prides itself on its honesty and integrity,
so please rest assured that you will receive your outstanding funds.
  • If you do not actually reside in New Jersey, please forward a valid picture ID with current address
(such as a driver's license) to us at [email protected].
  • If you do not actually reside in New Jersey, please forward a valid picture ID with current address
(such as a driver's license) to us at [email protected]. Thank you for understanding in this matter.
    All the best,
    David Brickman
I live in Wyomig and its not a Banned state but they are saying my ip address traces me to New Jersey how crazy is that.

Please email them and nicely state that this is not true, the casinos are aware of a problem and they are working on it. BE PATIENT is most important and work with them please.

Is RTGs (inetbet, clubworld) still open to all states. Man this blows.
I uninstalled intertops but if they can work it out i'll reinstall. Unfortunitly for me, I did all my depositing there for the haunted house games. Oh well, I had immunity too. dam:sadaww

hey streakers those of you that have your ip addresses showing you from a banned state when you dont even live there if you have dialup service or a funky sattelite service its probably due to the fact that your isp provider is based in that state and you are using a toll free nuber to connect

i had a same problem a few years ago i found a isp provider called alldial they where like netzero or juno but sorta a new company anyways 3 months free to sign up so i did... soon after i couldnt deposit in poker site or casinos
with credit cards any more and was locked out of a few places as it turns out the Alldial was based in a baned state Michigan and all there ip adresses show up as being from Michigan nomatter where your from
check your ip address here http://whatismyipaddress.com/

Thanks for all of the GREAT INFO here.

I made at LEAST 40 phone calls today in protest to the Kentucky Gov's decison. I think the Internet community will put some pressure on this.

I did send my id to All slots showing that i did not like in New Jersey. No im wondering if that is why my Prepaid Gift cards some times don't work. I think i will send my id to all i play at so they can get it put into there system so i don't have so much trouble depositing.

Ok this is the letter I received for All Jackpots:

Dear Lynda ,

Due recent changes in Kentucky legislation, as of Thursday, November 6th, we must temporarily block accounts of players whose IP addresses trace to a state bordering Kentucky.

Since your IP address traces to Missouri , which borders Kentucky, your account will be included in this list.

In order to unblock your account, we need documentation from you indicating your residence in Missouri . Please forward a valid picture ID (such as a driver's license) and utility bill showing your current address to [email protected].

At the Jackpot Factory, trust and integrity are the foundation of our relationship with you, and we are committed to helping you in any way we can. Please rest assured that once your documents are accepted, you may continue playing at the Jackpot Factory without any further interruption.

I AM in Missouri so now I get blocked because I am a neighbor to Kentucky?

I have to say I am very disappointed in the way the casinos are handling this, The fact that they are buckling under pressure from this idiot in Kentucky is sickening. It is allowing them to take away our rights, if no one stands up for whats right and actually listens to what these wacko freaks say....I shudder at the thought of what the future will bring for us in the US..

How many of you who are getting blocked and don't live in Kentucky or a banned state use AOL or a service sijmilar to that??
AOL and those ISP's use recirculate their IP addressess.. which means you could be logging in under an IP in California one time and the next time you log in it could be showing as New York, or Illiniois or Kentucky

Not sure if that will work Tazzie. Those are just temporary IP's, each computer has their own special IP, kind of like an id and that one never changes. It traces back to your state and cannot be changed.

i received this bordering thing the other day from intertops- as i live in ohio and ky does border our state, anyway, i emailed back saying that they have my id and ut. bill cause i have cashed out here before, i deposited and played yesterday fine and i finally got a reply back saying that yes, they had my stuff, and since i played yesterday my acct was fine. This morning i deposited on their website (not downloaded casino) and left for awhile figuring i would play later, i just went to play and it wont let me log in to casino. i called and she said they need a more current copy of a bill!! Ok, i wish a) it didnt let me deposit, and b) they would have told me this 3 days ago when i got the email and replied to it..... so i said, ok, i will fax info over, and i asked her how long it would be before my acct would be unlocked---- she said hopefully 48 hours, maybe longer!!! ok, this is really b.s. in my opinion. i am not saying that i blame intertops cause i dont, i love them, buttttttttttt dont let people deposit there then not be able to play!!!

So the deal is that as of Monday Microgaming casinos won't be allowed to accept new American players. Americans already registered can continue to play, deposit and withdraw. Right?

:arggggg

That sucks since Microgaming casinos have some of the biggest progressive jackpots.

:slotdude

But like someone else said above, there are still lots of other online casinos happy to welcome US players, like ClubUSACasino.com where there are a couple of million dollar jackpots overdue for a big hit!

Is anyone else have this problem: You send your ID or whatever to try to unblock your MG accounts. Later, you get an email saying that your account is now unblocked...but when you try to login, you're STILL blocked??!! What gives??!!:arggggg
