Ok since the switch we have all had our problems and one of them has been with a certain Casino which we will with-hold the name and a certain support person who's name will also remain unspoken.
Because this is such a thumbs up I would love to give the casino name and if the person in charge here think it appropriate let me know and i will add it!
But after a long battle and finally getting to someone in Management things were completely resolved and with the issue of the support person this is what was said. and i quote
" After reading the chat conversation that you had with (nameless), I can only say that the way he interacted with you was unacceptable! This agent will be dealt with accordingly, and we will make sure that this does not repeat itself."
And to those of you dealing with issues you think are impossible I say hang in there and a tip to try is at the top of you email put
"This email is intended for someone of authority in a management position. If you are not in a Supervisory position please do not reply to this email but instead forward it appropriately. Thank you.
