I have a question: in the posted terms and conditions it states that only deposits of 45 dollars or more equals one pick, no deposits can be added together, but anything over 100 in a single deposit is equal to 3 number picks. So I personally assumed that even though the min deposit at Lincoln is only 25 dollars those would be un usable unless I deposited 45 or more. However I have seen in the last three contests entries for the contest using the min deposit amount of 25 dollars for a single number pick, do the admin panel consider these void and not count them in the contest as valid entries? Or have I been mistaken and missing out on extra chances to enter more times with deposits?

No you are quite right, the minimum deposit is $45, sometimes we miss deposits that aren't eligible when posting, but the girls do pick ineligible deposits when they are doing the final tally. Sorry about the confusion.
