I just wanted to let everyone know what great support this casino has. Last night, I tried to make a deposit via Instadebit and as I clicked next to complete my transaction, I got this huge transaction error. I was so sad. So, I went and checked my Instadebit account and sure enough it showed but only as initiated and not complete. So, this started to make me nervous so I contacted support via chat and they told me I wasn't the only one having issues and to email them about this. So, I did and they responded in a very friendly timely manner. I came home tonight only to find out nothing had been resolved except from an email from security at instadebit telling me that the casino should get in touch with them. So, I called them and although the support guy couldn't tell anything that was going wrong, because the cashier team wasn't available until tomorrow, he gave me a free $15 chip without me even asking me and apologizing for the delay. How nice is that?He also told me that if I didn't hear anything back by tomorrow afternoon, to call again. So, I'm out $21 usd for the time being but I have a feeling this issue will be resolved soon. I am so impressed with they're support team. Thanks Club World. Has anyone else had an issue like this?

So glad they are straightening this out for you. Their customer service is wonderful usually! ;)
