3 Ingredient Oreo Truffles - EASIER TO MAKE THAN IT LOOKS & DELICIOUS

Ingredients
•1 package Oreos (regular not double stuffed) crushed, divided
•1 8oz package cream cheese, room temperature
•2 packages chocolate chips, melted

Instructions
1. Crush the oreo cookies, I use a zip lock bag and a rolling pin. You can also use a food processor or blender.
2. Scoop out a 1/4 cup of crumbs and reserve for sprinkling on top of the final product.
3. Put the crumbs in a medium bowl add the cream cheese until you have a well blended sticky ball of dough.
Place in the fridge for about 30 minutes. (making the dough a lot less sticky)
4. Use your hands to form the dough into 1″ round balls and place them on a cookie sheet lined with wax paper.
Place them in the fridge to chill for about an hour or until firm.
5. While the mixture is chilling, begin melting the chocolate chips according to the package.
(I used the microwave for about 2 minutes, stirring every 15 seconds until smooth)
6. Once the chocolate is melted, use 2 forks to roll truffles in the chocolate until evenly coated.
Place truffles back on the cookie sheet.
7. Sprinkle with remaining crumbs.
8. Chill them in the refrigerator until they are firm, about an hour.
9. ENJOY!
Variations
•Pick between white chocolate, dark chocolate or regular chocolate.
•Sprinkle nuts or other candies on top of the truffles.
•Drizzle chocolate or peanut butter on top of them.
