Has anyone deposited at Golden Casino?
I have 4 times. I believe it was on Wednesday when I read on their info pop-up before you start playing. The banner said something about a "cash draw" with 1st place winning $2000.00 and more finishing places. It said you had to have made 3 deposits in the past week. I had so I e-mailed them, like they said with "cash draw" in the subject line. I was hoping to get a reply of some sort to verify my request, but, I haven't. Did anyone else see this or do this?
I can't find anymore information about it at their website either, like, when the drawing is.
Also, if you have deposited, what did you think of customer support? I did, again yesterday for the 100% bonus. It said to call the toll free or contact live support for the bonus. I called several times, never got an answer at all. So, I tried live help, waited for ever, only to get a message that there was no one available. So, I sent an e-mail and asked for my bonus that way. I got no response at all that way either.
This morning, I checked my account, no bonus. So, I went to live help again and really got someone. They finally credited me.
Anyway, I guess I am just asking, Is this normal service for Golden Casino??
