If so, we have just gotten wind that they have had the Blackjack payout set at 1.1 and players were not paid correctly on certain wins(not: Rival itself has now set it to the normal 3.2 and they have verified that all other Rival brands are set at 3.2 as well) If you have played Blackjack at this casino lately, please send your ID there to vixen777 and she will try and fight for any money that was taken unfairly. We do NOT support this casino and have not for a while now.

OMG....how could it be set wrong in the first place? What you think that reason is? Maybe get some extra cash and hoping none will notice!

I feel Im not payed correctly on slots after a while playing...
...and free spins with mutiplier dont pay correctly either...and I promise you a claimed promo will not only have the certain playthrough and all what the promo rules say and change the limits of denomination for ex, but it will also change the payout % on gameplay made with that promo and other hidden configurations that for ex will make you lose more and more the closer you come to the meeting the playthrough. We dont see all changes...lots of stuff happenign in the background...this BlackJack payout "error" only confirms what I suspect(and see while playing).

I hope Rival is not a sinking ship like in my dreams I have every night....

I've been in contact with Rival's CEO and he's explained what happened with the Black Jack. Basically it was the operator changing the BJ game rules without notifying Rival of the change thus the mismatched felt (images).

Rival had a policy that allowed operators to make these changes. As it is now, operators must request these changes in order for Rival to ensure the rules and game images match.

He also states that operators cannot and have not been able to change the payouts on slot games or video poker.

What else do you expect the CEO says?

"Yes, operators can change and tamper with the slots RTP as much as they like, put it on 85% whenever they feel like it, same goes for all the games"

No, he won't say that even if it is so.

Problem is, I'm no longer sure if I can trust Rival casinos now.

Now Nicholas has left Vegas Regal at the same time, coincidence?

How could Tradition be so stupid?
And why has nobody else ever noticed this?
I dunno, but when I play I always keep a hawkeye on my balance and payouts, I'm not a cardgameplayer at all, blackjack the least of all, boring, but I would have noticed this underpay immediately, no shit.
And it has been like this for a MONTH AT LEAST???

UN-BE-LIEVABLE!!!!

My sources close to me tell me that Nicolas left Rival for a reason that has nothing to do whatsoever about any conspiracy theories or assumptions that we have been making about the Rivals here.

Business is Business if you get my drift.

Where did you get this idea of a "conspiracy theory"? LMAO, we have a thread like that in the Lets Chat thread, but certainly not in this one.

Ok..This is not intended to get every one all hyped up or start another thread about Rivals but my question being if an operator is able to adjust the payouts couldn't that work to ones benefit such as an employee or friend? Someone could go in and adjust the payout to a very high ratio for a period of time. I am no way thinking I know what I am talking about but just a gut feeling. It really makes one wonder if the statement regarding the slots is true if they can adjust the payouts on BlackJack then why not on the slots?

No not really and Rival itself stepped right here fast and this was only adjustable on table games nothing else.
