HELP My RR Email is BLACKLISTING My mail!!!

OUCH - my rr email account returned my email to casino exteme, they have blacklisted their address!!! Casino Extreme suggested gmail - I don't have any idea how to find them, but I will! Any one else running into this????

Casino Extreme did suggest I open a gmail account, which I've now done, it's fast, easy and free through Google. Hopefully they won't be blacklisting anyone.
