ALWATSCC, YOU CAN CALL INTERTOPS GREEN ON THE PHONE AND THEY WILL GET U INTO ROYAL JOKER WITHIN 5 MINS...THIS HAS HAPPENED TO ME I AM IN A RESITRICED STATE...AND I PLAY IN INTEROPS...AND ROYAL JOKER...WHEN I WAS TOLD OF ROYAL JOKER BY VIPCLUB AT THE GREEN CASINO I COULD NOT GET IN BUT AFTER CALLING SUPPORT I WAS IN IN 5 MINS..U HAVE TO CALL BECAUSE THEY HAVE TO WALK U THROUGH IT...

I'm in NY too. I wonder why it didn't work for me. I thought maybe the first time it was the CS rep, so I called back again and got the same answer.

I had a similar problem a while back. I kept getting the banned state error when I tried to log into Intertops Green, Royal Joker, or the Intertops Poker Client. I live in Arkansas (which is not banned), but the Microgaming IP blocking software was incorrectly identifying me as being from Louisiana (probably because my ISP has their headquarters there).

The first time I experienced this problem, I called customer service and they directed me to a link to download a piece of software that would override the IP blocker on my computer. (It unblocked both Green and RJ.) They told me there was nothing they could do about the poker software.

Then a couple weeks ago my computer exploded and I had to buy a new one, so I had to go through the process again, but the lady in customer service knew exactly what to do and I had the patch again in less than 5 minutes.

Not only that, but this time they also instructed me to send in a scan of my driver's license and a current utility bill to prove that I still lived in AR so they could manually override my block on the poker software.
