I paid to join a tournament at Slotastic and was in the lead. I had 14,000 points and actually thought I might be able to finally win a tournament. I went in to check the leader board this morning to find that the tourney was not longer even listed. A message popped up and said "Sorry for the inconvenience but your tounament has been cancelled and the fee has been put into your player account". NICE! I went to support to ask why they had done this. She didn't know and said "I will send a query to our casino software provider and query why his tournaments were cancelled and the funds refunded."

I just got a reply (from the same support chat hostess that I had spoken to earlier) that says:

"Thank you for contacting us about your query.

We regret to advise that the tournament was closed for slot tournament main service upgrading and maintenance purposes. Active tournaments were automatically closed.

We apologize for the inconvenience this interruption has caused. "

Well, if this isn't the biggest bunch of B.S. that I've ever heard of I don't know what is!!! I would have probably won $503.00. I had just deposited about $250 in the casino during the past week or so too. So much for Jackpot Capital Group Casinos being top notch!!! I won't be depositing there again because of this. I say, don't bother playing the tournaments at this groups casinos because even though you might be #1 on the leaderboard, they might just decide to do a little "maintenance" and wipe out your tourney.

So you got your money back. At least they did not keep it. These things unfortunately do happen. Jackpot Capital is a trusted group of Casinos and we support them 100%. I am also sorry you base your whole judgement on a group of casinos based on one "problem" with them. But hey, it is perfectly within your rights to play or not play anywhere you choose.

I would be ticked off too! Don't blame you for feeling the way you do. The way I look at it is the same as if you would go to a store and they don't treat you very well or don't honor a discount or special that they have running. When that happens I don't shop there any more. Some times things happen but doesn't sound like a valid reason to me. If their servers crashed or something like that I could understand, however system maint. and upgrades are always scheduled ahead of time so they should not have scheduled the tourneys at that time.
