Ok - I won 42.00 on a free chip from Mayan Fortune. I requested the withdrawl on Sunday. On Wed I received notice that they needed documents. I really wasn't expecting this request since I had already depsoited using my QT (the same place my withdrawl was going). So I submitted my docs and got an E-mail today saying they could not read one of the doc's I sent in. So I submitted it again. Later this afternoon I received an E-mail saying my doc's were approved and I should be receiving my withdrawl "Shortly". It is now 11:30 pm and the withdrawl is still processing - I thought shortly meant a few hours??? So I contacted Live Chat and they told me it takes 2 - 5 days after the docs are approved. You have got to be kidding me. 10 days I have to wait for a stinkin 42.00. It's funny that they don't request documents when you deposit. Wow I think I won't be depositing there anytime soon. I love Rivals but the cash-out process is ridiculous!!!

maybe if you wanted to, you could ask them to flush your account, and then place the withdrawal back into your account as a cash deposit so you could play there. i know though you probably want to take it else where.

I finally got my money late last night. I hate to complain especially because it was a withdrawl on a free chip but there is no reason to have to wait 1 week for your money with any casino.

Im banned here totally, so very strange when their sistercasino Pantasia throws ND of up to $100 to me...but on the other side Im excluded from winnign at Pantasia and each and every gamesassion I see superstrange rigged phenomenas that is not unbelevable but 100X unbelievble!! Ive closed my account for good here, there are some Rivals that work that way...Paradise8 and Cocoa and Superior...impossible to win more than $500 for my account... I wonder if it has somethign to do if these casinos are on the same Rival server and uses a faulty or corrupted line to my account that is not refreshing gamestats or something...I just know something is not right and with Rival pretty much everything is possible...I cant tell you enough how much I dont trust these guys.
