Micro Problems

Is anyone else having problems with Microgaming casinos. It doesn't matter which ones I try but the connectivity is horrible. I tried uninstalling and re-installing and it still doesn't help. I made a small deposit last night and ended up playing the flash version because when I was using the downloaded version it took like a minute for each spin to complete!!

YES, I thought it was my computer being a slug, I couldn't even load them, kept getting a runtime error msg and ended up having to uninstall the whole lot of them yesterday, and reinstall, took me the best part of the day, and then the reels still just kept spinning around, was lucky to get in 5 spins a minute.

ME TOO!!! It started last week, couldn't get any of them to open, and if they did spins took like forever. I had to uninstall the lot of them, then reinstalled them. They've been working fine since. I just thought it was my piece of crap computer. Things seem to be working grand now ... fingers crossed.

I've had this problem off and on for the year I've been playing online.... some are MUCH quicker than others, finally figured out not to play at important tourneys at them.... Hope it's not your favorite one and you'll be able to enjoy the play once more....

Yup , same here and is right after the new games were downloaded. I thought that seems strange, so i waited a couple of days , and still same thing. So i checked my internet connection same as it has always has been. So over the weekend i e-mailed royal joker , and told them that since the download all my micro casinos seemed slow and sluggish, and told them i uni-installed and re-installed. Same result. There resposnse was we have looked into and everything is working fine , as micro has tested everything and see no problems. And that seems awful strange that im not the only one.

aarrrrrgh ... they've all slowed down again! I'm not going to bother reinstalling them again. I'll just wait and see if it sorts itself out. I did complain to All Slots but they're of the opinion that the problem is at my end and not theirs. Oh, well.

My problem was my Firewall. It seems that I can't play at the Micro's with my firewall turned on. I never had that problem before.

i haven't had any problems lately, but i have in the past. usually when new games are added. i don't uninstall and reinstall, just wait a few days and games seem to play okay, at least the spinning part, not so much the winning part Best of luck all, with micro games back to normal, for streakers having problems playing slots violet57

And I thought I was the only one!!
Its after that last bloody update, I'm really SICK of it, the reels take FOREVER to stop, it really takes away alot of the fun for me, I HATE slow spinning!
Playing my favourite Centre Court game is like watching an old fashion dia show!
Break da Bank Again, I always play with Quickspin enabled, now it plays even slower than it did with Quickspin disabled!
I was playing Avalon tourney yesterday at Nedplay, hit the freespins with 2 minutes left to go, 12 spins for 2 minutes AND IT DID NOT FINISH THEM!!
4 spins per minute, what a JOKE!
Hitman? LOL, just click SPIN and go do some shopping, walk with the dog, whatever, maybe the last reel has stopped when you come back.

But there's also a positive side to this, at least we now get some playtime for our money, lol!

Thanks for the advice, but yes, I've tried and no result.
I've tried everything already, replaced my videocard, re-installed Windows and re-downloaded all the casino's, checked my internetconnection, but its still the same crappy play.
I've also contacted livesupport at 32RED, but they could only advice things I had already done.

Its the update, if I check in my taskmanager, the CPU usage of my old Pentium4 2.4Ghz. is at 100% all the time when playing the games.
This was definately not the case back in September, when I also suffered from sluggish play at Jackpot City.

So it seems that with the release of the new games MG also made changes to their Viper software, with the result that its now much more CPU hungry.
You now need at least a dualcore to play a tourney.
Odd thing is, I tried their newest games this weekend, and Alaskan Fishing
for example runs alot faster than my good old favourites!
Would have been great if it also PAID anything tough..
Then I could have bought a faster CPU..

Yes, always when you're in the top-10, or if your freespins retrigger.
Thunderstruck is the worst, the tourneyversion is soo dead slow..

Tip: Do as I did, buy a box of old crappy cheap plastic computerkeyboards, you can get them on Ebay for 0.50 ct. each.
When you play a tourney, always make sure you have one of those near you.
If you get booted, or the reels won't stop spinning or get horribly slow, grab a keyboard and smash it REALLY hard on the edge of your chair.
Believe me, its EXTREMELY satisfying to see it explode and all the keys fly through the room! its a RELIEF!
Ok, it takes some cleaning of the room, (I stepped on the SCROLL LOCK button once with my bare feet, believe me, that hurts!), but its really worth it, and much cheaper than throwing your monitor out of window, especially if you forget to open it (the window) first.

Are they working better for anybody now , or still the same. Mine are a little faster not much. I play alot of Freerolls. I used to be able to finish all my coins on avalon with minute or minute and half left, now i have 2000 coins left not even close. This is frustrating.

The only one that seems to be working better is Go Wild. I have to play Flash at all the other ones and I don't even bother with tourneys. I did play the tournament at Go Wild today and it started out slow and then I opened up my Windows Security window and it started going really fast. Why just opening it up but not changing anything worked but it did. Yes very frustrating especially when the casinos keep telling us that it is our systems and not theres..I don't think so.
