Thank you so much Judy hon, i have been searching all over and can not find a store with the gift cards but i did call ace cash express and was told that they do have the reloadable netspend visa. I will get that and load it every month but i thought awhile back they said you cant use it to deposit with casinos? But if it works for you should work for me lol. Thanks again hon.

ahhh SHIT!! No..it says Netspend reloadable visa but i dont see all access on it. Sorry for the language hon. I thought netspend and all access were the same. Hope i can send the funds to qt. Damnit!!

nawwww you have always steered me in the right direction hon. The card i just got is temporary and i am spose to get another in my postal mail..do you know if the card will cost me? I cant remember lol. I know it is 9.95 a month if i dont want to pay a dollar for transaction but i am thinking they charge for the permanent card as well.
