I've learned my lesson, and just wish I had discovered the Streak before I opened most of my Casino accounts. Learn from my errors.... and don't EVER open an online casino account unless you download it from here!

This is so stupid, the amount of money is small, but it's the principle of the matter. I opened an account months before I joined here, deposited with a gift card and played. I then opened another account at an affiliate months later which I did download from here. I deposited, played the bonus and lost. I cashed my comp points but did not notice that they were applying the money to the FIRST casino and not the second.

I played them and won a modest $50..... BUT because I have never deposited through them via QT I must make ANOTHER deposit WITH a playthrough in order to get the $50.

I can't turn to Streak for help as I didn't download it from them.... and I'm all alone...... and its not worth the "anguish", but it really really upsets me.

So if we warn you not to play somewhere for fear of problems cashing in, this is why!

yep I thought so too... but then I decided it was worth the $20 to get the $30.... so I did deposit, I won at video poker a small $10, but now the balance was $80.... I cashed out, and wrote that I expected them to waive the 48 hour wait etc.... and THEY DID! And I got the $80 this morning.... so all ended well.... but I don't think i'll be re depositing there.!

Unfortunately, because of the US crack down on payment methods, we do not have too many options left for withdrawing. Therefore QT is a good one for the withdrawals. They need to know that you are legit though. So before a lot of the casinos will allow you to withdraw to QT, you must have made at least one deposit with that method. It makes perfect sense to me. When you deposit with credit cards they make you prove it is your credit card by faxing them the proof of the card(s) you used, your ID and utility bill. With QT, there is no such proof, so they only way to verify it is for you to have used it to deposit.

agree Judy, and can understand... it was just one of those frustrating fall through the cracks sort of situations.... but it ended fine, I kept my cool as did they and I ended up $60 ahead Thanks for the perspective!

In order to get started you will need an invite. Contact one of the casinos you play a lot at and ask them for an invite. You can use it at lots of places.
