I am a US player. When I went to support at Red Flush and asked about the new games, (Scrooge, etc.) they told me to uninstall and reinstall the software. Of course that didn't work. I went to Grand Mondial, where I also have an account, and they told me to delete my cookies. I asked if it was because I was a US player and they said no! I believe that these support people are completely in the dark. Ths is the exact same thing they did when 'MySlot' came out. In the case of MySlot, they claimed it was a progressive and that's why we couldn't play it. But due to a glich in their system early on, I did get to play it a few times and it is NOT a progressive!! I gues MG is trying to get rid of what US players they have left!
If there are any US players out there that have played these new games, I'd sure like to know it?!
I'm also wondering if any US players have made a successful cash-out lately at any MG casino?!

i also have been looking for the new games and have been told different things villento told me new games would not be for usa players anymore, then grand mondial told me they have been informed about anything to delete my cookies. yes i have cashed out from villento end of last month and rich reels this week
Wow, I just happened to read this post and 2-3 days ago when the games came out. I downloaded all 4 new games at all jackpots, but didnt have any money. After reading this i went and checked the casino and bam there all 4 gone 
Cmon micro get your act together first with no progressives for usa , now the last new games that come out { that i dont want} made my slot tourneys super slow, now your going to pick who can get the new games and who cant. 
Fine take back last months new games i dont want, and give me this months new games. So ican play Freerolls and maybe have a chance to win. And quit screwing all the usa players.

I asked him why just the new games and not the other new games, he said, it was ordered from Microgaming and that is all he knows. Well i informed him that, it really sucks, and he just said have a nice day!

It looks like this is the end for me with Microgaming. I don't like the way
they handle these things. If I treated my clients like this I would have no business. I fear next they will lock us out of our accounts or not honor cash outs. Microgaming no more for me!
By the way you can play the "Scrooge" game at many Microgaming Flash casinos......but it crashed every time I tried it. Never made it to Christmas.

They are just killing themselves!! Intertops Casino has the coolest new Christmas games you all should give them a try!!
what makes no since to me, is why have we been allowed all the free games since the ban in november last year? why stop letting USA have them now? It makes no since to me either, feels just like our govenment taking a little away at a time, just like my state of VA just enforced the no smoking ban in public restaurant and bars state wide.
I know thats a little different , but just like people have the choice to go somewhere that does not allow smoking, now smokers have no choice to go to a bar that would allow smoking.
you know, we can blame Microgaming for all of this, but really, it started with the USA government taking away the right of us americans to begin with which started this chain reaction. Less places to play, less payment options to use, whats next, coming in our homes and seizing computers that is involved with gambling activity?
We keep allowing the government to overstep boundries and keep taking away rights of americans and controling all of us, we will soon not be much of a free country at all, and government will have a say in everything we do!

Support at red flush casino still maintain it is a technical problem!
I did not see anything at alljackpots that adresses this issue.
I Managed to play Scrooge at platinum play flash but I had to use
Firefox browser...internet explorer kept crashing.

All SLots has the popup advising that it was the software provider and not them who was blocking us US players from all new games. The ban last year didn't make a lot of sense either... I just wish they wouldn't advertise them to us...
