Last night I made a deposit at one of the Micro Casinos that is supported here at the Streak. I was talking to Live Chat because I was reading the promotions which stated that I was elgible for a 50% first deposit bonus. As I was waiting for live chat to help me I noticed that the bonus was for Flash Casino only so I was not elgible. I stated that to the person at Live Chat and apoligized for my confusion. He then told me that I was elgible for a 100% first deposit bonus and that I would be credited within 2 hours. When I logged in this afternoon it was not credited so I contacted Live Support again in which they told me that I was not eligible afterall because I did not make the deposit within the time frame?? Please note that I talked to Live Chat after I had made the deposit. I am not here to make a stink nor protest or even mention the casino but I would just like to say that when someone tells you that you are elgible for the bonus then it should be credited. It just makes poor business sense. Thoughts anyone?
