Thanks, Judy. After my previous post, I received the following reply from Intertops customer service:
"Dear Allen,
Thanks for contacting us with your query.
Unfortunately we do not have a specific date when the Green casino will be shut down. However, once the information is available, all customers will be informed in advance. Rest assure that your funds are secured and you should be able to transfer your balance from the casino to the sports book, however, any unplayed bonuses will most likely be forfeited.

So it is pretty much as I expected, any deposited funds left in the casino when it shuts down will be transferable, but any bonus funds that have not met playthrough will be lost. They didn't give a specific answer about the poker client, but I would have to assume that it will be closed at the same time as the casino and that the same rule would apply of being able to recover "real money" funds, but losing any Intertops Dollars, etc. remaining in the account.
