I actually don´t have problems playing even though they upgraded..The screen is a little bigger, that is it..

i think it has to do with computer speed and monitor size refresh rate ect.. my labtop runs way better than my home computer which is a little older.

Good thing they take it serious.
I've also sent out some emails, to Palace Group and 32RED that I can no longer play at their casinos due to the update.
Laura-Ann from 32RED responded within 15 minutes and forwarded my mail to Microgaming.
I had to make a textfile from the DX diagnostics tool, and now MG is looking into it, I hope they find something.
I really cannot find anything wrong with my PC, true, its a bit outdated, but it should be enough to run an online casino.
It always has been enough.

Weird thing happened last Saturday, was bored and decided to play the Thunderstruck freeroll at Nedplay.
Thunderstruck in tourneymode has ALWAYS been terrible slow at my pc, but not this time! It played like it should, 3-4 seconds a spin, I was blown away!
Then halfway the time the reels spinned and never stopped, had to restart the casino to get back in, and guess what? Dead slow again...
Now I really wonder why it played so fast the first time. It was a relief, really.

I've tried the flash version also yesterday at 32RED, but I just miss way too many of my favourite games in flash, I mean, no Centre Court, thats unacceptable! But I could play BDBA, unfortunately it was in an even worse mood than I was.GG22

But serious now, have you played for a few hours straight?
No headache?
The screen is bigger, but also not sharp, it gives me a headache.
Thats because my eyes try to focus on something they cannot focus on, after a few hours this causes a headache.

But ofcourse we can still deposit 1000 USD, put 5 games on autoplay, shut down the monitor and watch a movie while the games munch the balance.
I love the new functionality of the lobby!!!

For ex, the new game Hellboy, that works very good...and its sharp, no blurriness at all..that because its designed for the "upgraded" version of the sfotware...all "old" sltos are blurry...just as like they have zoomed in the symbols to make it fit to the new size... And my tourneys on Loaded slot still freezes the sltos right after a free spins feature is finished...

Well well...hope it will run smoothe again at all casinos like it did in 2003.....
