I have accounts on both paradise 8 and cocoa casino. I do receive email promotions from cocoa but not from paradise8 any more. on the date of your post Jason I did receive an email from cocoa -- but NOT the one about 50 %. My email is MSN (hotmail).

Thanks again all of you for the great responses to my question. I've talked to Rival and it looks like it's a hit and miss thing. Because so many emails get sent out via the Rival backend some of the emails will get caught in spam filters but they are currently looking at ways to remedy this.

In the mean time it might be worthwhile to check your cashier every now and then just to make sure there's no promotion or contest happening that you might not have received the email for.

rcarmat, I've sent an email to the payment processing department to find out what the situation is with your withdrawal. I will let you know.

it seems all the rivals are having problems with slow payments,due to some processer problems, it also seems a hit and miss situation weather youll get your payment in 2 days or 2 months
