problems depositing

I have been using a certain type of pre-paid Visa card the last month or so and have not had any problems depositing. I tried again tonight and have been rejected at 2 different Micro casinos. The one said it was rejected on the Banks side. Am I assuming correctly that the card issuer knows what I was trying to purchase? I also have a qtender account but am very confused how to use it. Please help.

The QTender is easy to use hon. First you will need to add your bank account or a credit card (or debit card) to it. I added my bank debit card and also my wired plastic card. Now I can immediately add money from my debit card to my QT account for a small fee and use that to deposit anywhere that accepts Usemywallet.

lkvikings , I have used pre-paid visas at micro for years and at micros. But for some reason i can use it at a micro for 1-4 months then all of a sudden no more. Intertops & now royal joker are the only ones that will accept it. I know it has something to do w the credit cards processor, thats why there is like 3 or 4 names the casinos use to try to fool the processors. Not much help , but good luck

Thanks for you help guys. I do have a couple questions:

I do have a QT account already. If I should be ever so lucky to cash out I am assuming that I can cash out to my QT account and if so is there a limit? Also if I want to withdrawl from my QT account what kind of transaction do they use (bank wire, ACH?). Does QT have a debit card? - thanks again for your help.

another thing- can I apply funds to my QT account using prepaid Visa card
