Question about Rival casinos

I'm a little curious about Rival casinos - aren't they like "realtime" casinos where they use the same software but have different names? I have accounts at several Rival casinos and I play there rather infrequently, mostly because I don't get emails from any of them so I just don't think about them. I do like them and have deposited quite a bit. So, I got an email from Slot Power when I tried to open an account that said I was in violation because I had several accounts with Rival Gaming casinos. I don't believe they mean I have more than one account with any one casino, because I'm certain that I don't. I don't understand what they mean - can anyone explain?

Oh, I see what you mean now. Yes, it is like RTG in that each casino has a different name but they all use the same software. You are also right that they do not mean that you have more than one account at a single casino. Just email support at that casino and ask them about that, they will help you get it open I am sure.

Sorry, that wasn't clear - I know they are two different kinds of software - I had a brain cramp and couldn't think RTG - what I was trying to ask is weren't they like RTG in that the same software was used but by different named casinos. Same with Microgaming, etc. Why was Rival different in that respect. It's very odd to me but it seems they have locked almost all of my accounts in all their casinos, so I guess they don't want me to play there...

I will - but as an update, I asked why all my accounts were locked and they said they didn't have to disclose that to me. I don't know about you but if someone accused me of wrongdoing, I'd want to know what it was so I didn't do it again...

Sometimes if you email support and explain you have accounts at the other Rivals they will open it for you.

Sorry it took me so long to get back here - I've been a bit busy. I finally got an answer from them - they said I opened two accounts at one casino but I don't know which one or why on earth I'd do that...if I did it had to be by mistake. They are totally ignoring me now and won't have anything to do with me. I really like playing at Rivals and I feel like they're treating me like scum and I don't think I deserve that. I wouldn't bring it up again but I see on several posts that others are having the same problem. Has anyone been able to resolve it with them?

Deb use our banner open an account at Ruby Royal $20 free I am working really close with them and you will be able to play if like you said this is a mistake down and totally innocent. They are getting out of hand I agree on this bonus abuse stuff. complete morons and they are losing biz everyday for having such a unclear bonus system. There is also Paradise8 and Cocoa casinos open accounts there I can help you as well.

Hi Vixen,

I did try downloading from your banner and it still says my account is locked. My account name is debzy - always has been. They say I have an account with a login name I never use and I'm not sure how that's possible since I never use that login name. If it did happen, I wasn't aware and it was a very long time ago. I think it's just rude to lock us out and not give us any explanation as to why we can't get our accounts reopened when we haven't done anything wrong.

I was able to open an account at Ruby Royal but no promotions.I was locked out of some of the Rivals but I do have accounts with Slotocash,Slotpower and Vanguard all with promotions available.

My username is : cswan.I wish I could figure these people out!
