I got this Email daily that ive become 30 or 50 freespins,but if you open email you can read that is only for depositing players:rasp

I have to disagree with that statement about Red Flush being good to their loyal players. I played there 2 weeks ago and actually won. I was intending on Withdrawing $5,500 of my winnings and play out the remaining $1,200.
Anyway after leaving the bank to continue on playing I experienced technical problems.5 minutes into playing my favorite slot> Ladies Night
the reels would not stop spinning and i recieved an error message" casino unable to comunicate with server" I clicked ok and landed on my desktop.!Had to reload casino and log back in.I never hit another thing and lost the $5,500. Playing Ladies Night . The slot I had won it on. Funny thing is while I was playing out my last $100 I recieved the error message"unable to comunicate with server", again I was bounced out!. Lost it all! my husband was so mad at me..OMG.Thinking Ok,,Iredeposited $5,500 of my money maybe I can claim anydeposit bonus/free spins. Support said NO..there were no promos running that day,It was a rest day,but let me see what i can do,im sure i can get you a lil something.Came back and told me Manager said No.." I am not eligeble for any bonus of at this time". She said she could "top off my loyalty points" Nothing else. I was shocked. Sent emails to support requesting player appreciation /recognition/loyalty etc. afterall it was "my" money and I made the choice to redeposit and play at their casino ,rather than cash it out.Still it was a deposit Right?In the end I never recieved reply from emails i sent. Two days following I contacted chat support and was told "I just deposited $40 into your account reflecting on answer to this request. Nothing Else followed, not even a reply to my email sent to support.They are Stingy and not Fair even in my opinion.
:ohboy I feel like the biggest loser and my husband is so mad at me..!

I have to agree with you. Red Flush pulled a dirty one on me the other night. I recieved an E-mail from them stating that if I deposited $50.00 I would recieve free spins. :(

I deposited the $50.00 and when I went to claim my free spins (JOHN):money said I did not qualify. I would not have deposited if I had not recieved that offer. Really pissed me off. Ruined my whole gaming for the weekend.
If anyone gets an offer from them, I would make sure you are going to recieve it before you deposit.snoball

I just don't get this mentality. You say they are stingy and not fair. You say you won 5,500.00. It was your choice to keep on playing. How is the casino responsible for this? We have all done it at one time or another but we take the blame for it not the casino. I think a place where you can win 5500.00 sounds pretty fair to me. You just need to know when to quit. Like I said I am not putting you down for losing it because most of us have done that at one time or another but I don't feel you should hold them responsible for that. Remember to cashout next time!

Hi all streakers,

i am sorry but i have to AGREE WITH scully, and i say that because i really play alot in microgamingcasinos since they are here :) , and i really have the same experiences, and i have to say that i really had this alot of times.
Aaaand :) i am really happy because i waited so long that someone will tell some with these problems with these errormessages if you win big.

Let me explain:

REALLY ALOT of times, if i am in some Microgamingcasinos i play and play with absolutely no problems, i can play all games, mean different games at different daytimes with different bets, it runs like every casino should run, NO STUTTERING GAMES, but i loose and think "ok, no luck today" :) and i go and try at another Casino. But............ till i come into some of them, start to play and get a realistic chance to win big, my money grows and grows and (for the cracks) YOU KNOW that this will be the day because you see you can do wat you want YOU WIN AGAIN AND AGAIN (thats are the times when you cashout big ;) ).
BUT THEN!!!!! I will be kicked out, EXACTLY like SCULY said, the slots are rolling and rolling or spins and spins and spins but don`t stop anymore.
THEN i get the same errormessage like SCULLY said. And the crazy thing is: IF you login again, you will NEVER get a little chance anymore in only on game, you can do what you want, nothing anymore.

The errormessage says EXACTLY that there was A CASINOERROR (the problem is not at the players side PC, modem, line, whatever).
So much times i was so angry because i lost alot again in a row and i wnet to support.
If i explained the problem, EVERYTIME they say the problem must have been on MY SIDE and they NEVER heard that problems before from another player.
:D do they think i am stupid?? I had that problem (everytime exactly the same, but ONLY IF I HAVE A BIG WINNING LINE!!!!!) in different casinos (Micro`s) in my time in onlinecasinos of more than 12 years!!! IT HAPPENS ONLY IF I WIN ALOT!!! IN ALL I NEVER RECIEVED A WIN OR FREE SPINS OR SOMEELSE after i logged in again in seconds after the casino kicked me out.
Sorry, i said to myself "if i am really the only one which ever had that problem......ok", but SCULLY is the 13th player i heard from which had the same ....!

Ok, now my girlfriend is calling, i have to go :)

Hope that more players can tell us some about it if they have experiences with that problem.

GOT A SNAIL MAIL CARD SYING I HAD 50 FREE SPINS ON LORD OF THE RINGS . IN U.S SO I DONT HAVE THAT GAME , TALKED TO SUPPORT AND WAS TOLD THAT I RECIEVED THE MAILER IN ERROR . THEY DID NOT EVEN HONOR THE SPINS ON ANOTHER SLOT , LIKE OTHER CASINOS DO . OH WELL !!!!!!

Sorry, that does suck. I can see a big problem they must have though with the Microgaming members and the US members. At least they did something to allow US players to continue to play most of the games, unlike a lot of the Microgaming casinos. I think they are great! :snpy

well i have to agree with all you players that are upset with these 2 casinos!i have had the same problem and all the support tells me to do is uninstall and install!i have deposited so much money at both these casinos and i get nothing back.they tell me its my pc problem and i know its NOT! i play at so many casino in micro and no problem with the slots.we all need to get together and figure out the problem!dont you all agree?i remember streak gaming had a private tourey with them a month ago and nothing went right!thats never happened anywhere else.they always says its on our end.i have uninstalled these 2 casinos so many times i think i have ruined:think my pc!any thoughts on how i can fix this or deal with this problem i am so mad.im glad im not the only one with this issue

I had this prob with a few of the Micros, but not all.

I emailed and got a new doiwnload link, and it is fine now since I redownloaded from the link they sent me. Don't know what the diff was, but it worked for me!

Unlike other Microgaming sites like Villento and casino u.s whom both seem to try to please the U.S. Players as much as possible... I feel like the Red Flush site has a long way to go as far as customer relations and customer satisfaction is concerned. I too recieved the 50 free spin offer and I am also a U.S. player.. I have been disappointed with Red Flush before with the site not honoring their own promotional offers.. but this was the final straw with me. If you didn't recieve this "Royal Wedding Promotion" in your snail mail... well let me tell you... someone put a lot of time and effort with this promotion. The invitation, quality of paper and art work, and not to mention the cost of mailing this offer to all the U.S. players that in the end was a "mistake". Someone is gonna get the can for this one! I too was denied any substitute free spins and was treated like some kind of dirty little step child when I spoke with live chat. They continue to show rudeness and do not seem to care much of their reputation with U.S. players... yet do not have any problems taking our deposits. I don't mean to be disrespectful to the streakgaming site what so ever by posting this... but I had to air out my feelings and seems as if I am not the only one that has had this treatment by them. :thank you:proud
