I am a US player as well, aiso received the royal wedding invite with free spins, (which i did not receive) was told the same thing, sent in error. I have to agree however, i was treated horribly, and i have deposited quite a bit of money there. Customer service leaves a bit to be desired, they don't seem to like us here in the US much, do they!!

GOT A SNAIL MAIL CARD SYING I HAD 50 FREE SPINS ON LORD OF THE RINGS . IN U.S SO I DONT HAVE THAT GAME , TALKED TO SUPPORT AND WAS TOLD THAT I RECIEVED THE MAILER IN ERROR . THEY DID NOT EVEN HONOR THE SPINS ON ANOTHER SLOT , LIKE OTHER CASINOS DO . OH WELL !!!!!!

just try logging in...when i did, i had the 50 spins on Avalon instead.

We need to put ourselves in their place. You want people to be nice to you, so be nice to them. They work with players non-stop on their shifts each day and sometimes handle your question at the same time as they're working with other people. If they are rude, you should be just that much nicer. (MY mom's rule.)

Just keep your cool and remember to say thank you. No matter how much you deposit, the casinos aren't obligated to grant you anything for free unless they have specifically offered a bonus or spins TO YOU, or it's posted on their site.

Red Flush did honor these free spins, I got 50 Free Spins on Avalon, and a 50% bonus. My invite only came on Mar 2, so I didn't know why I got the spins until I got the invite in the mail. They did honor it after all!

Actually, I've never had a prob with Red Flush honoring promos, so I'm not surprised they stood up on this one.:thank you

I would probably react in the same manner as you should I have been in your place, however on behalf of Red Flush I can confirm that our promotions & mailers sent out to our US players are system tracked, apart from this we have picked up a few players of whom did not qualify for our Wedding card promotion, coming up on our chat facility & pretty much attempting to take up a promotion of which they do not necessarily qualify for. Therefore we humbly request you to please email us your account number to our support team marking it Attention Michael to investigate on your eligability for our Wedding card promotion. By the way, the free spins on our Wedding card promotion appears on the game Avalon instead of Lord of the Rings. We have sent out an email to qualifying players on the correction so to those players, please try it out on Avalon.

Although I did not recieve any free spins I must agree with Judy in saying Red Flush has and will continue to be one of my favorite casinos.

There Customer Service Team is outstanding in my book.

My only request is that here in the US we need some new games to play.

I got the same mailer for 50 spins on Lord of the Rings and I contacted life chat and Denis changed it to Avesp3lon he said to log out and the credits will apply within 2 hrs, so we ill see.

i keep in mind streak gambling had a private tourey with them a month ago and nothing went right!thats never happened anywhere else.they always says its on our end

Sorry your wrong there since they depend on their software provider, Microgaming to upload and care for the tournaments! You have your right to choose to play where you want but if your going to complain about something that was offered to you for free I have no time for you plain and simple.
