Can I just say that I LOVE Rich Reels casino??! They have great support and really take care of their players!
I contacted live support because I was confused on a bonus issue. Simply had a question about how to apply the said bonus (which BTW was not going on at the time. I just wanted to know for future ref.)
Well, they talked me through the process and then as I was saying good bye they asked me to please hold for a moment.
Support came back and told me that they had awarded me a $50 bonus! Isn't that nice? They didn't have to give me squat but they did and I was very greatfull.
So for all of you out there that have not tried them out yet...GO FOR IT!
And for all of you that play there...come on! Do the happy dance with me!!
