Hi!! I was finally able to cash out at Royal Vegas for the first time since they dropped the Prepaid ATM and Netteller cashout options for the USA. I cashed out via ACH and it was approved and I received an email from support saying that it takes 10-14 days for it to show up in your bank account. I received the email that it had been processed by the casino on the 17th of February. It still has not showed up in mybank account, I re-checked my account number and all of the info I sent them for my preferred cashout method and everything was written down right. I contacted Royal Vegas support tonight and they said it should be released and in my bank account by Thursday, the 5th of March. Has anyone here used the ACH method that lives in the USA, and if so, how long did it take to show up in your bank account?? This seems like it's taking an awfully long time, I think I could have had a check mailed faster than this!! Thank-you for any info you may have for me. sls616 (Sheri)huhhwtff

I can answer this for you sls616, I know by experience that it takes approx. 1 month for it to show up in your bank. (via ach/ bank wire from a Fortune Lounge Casino) This was my experience twice, the most recent was last month. I got tired of waiting after about 2 weeks, so I contacted live support and they said it had to be re-submitted, and would be there on a certain date (approx. 7 days I think) then when it hadnt shown up by the date they gave me, I again contacted support who said they were again sorry, but there was another delay, and they gave me another ETA date, which was accurate, the money took approx 1 month as did the 1st time (in nov.08). I think its all related to the recent online gambling restrictions that are in effect, if you had a check snail mailed to you, you may have had problems cashing it too. It's just getting harder and harder to be an online gambler in the US nowadays. :joker

Thank's for your post bbzgurl. I spoke to Live chat again today who checked my transaction details, they reconfirmed that it was prcessed on the 17th of February and told me it should show up in my account very soon. :tdownIs there a faster way to withdraw for USA player's that I can use next time??

I found that I withdraw via QT (If you would like to know more about it, please PM staff) then transfer that to my WP and have my money in about a weeks time ... if not sooner.

:ptogld Nice to hear that you won and cashed out!
Way to Go!!!!!

Well, here it is the 14th of March and I STILL do not have my cash-out deposited into my account!!! Casino support says the money was released on their end and I had to send them a copy of my Bank statements for February and March proving that it hadn't been deposited. I did that 3 days ago and still nothing!!!! I'm loosing my patience here!!!

sorry to say there's nothing unusual at all about this delay ;( It's not the casino's fault nor is it your fault.

When I did this I "assumed" that the casino does the ach transfer directly to my bank. Not so.... they have a processor that they have to use.... and once the money leaves the casino into their processors hands the casino no longer can control the timing. The processor puts your ach into a queue along with all the others being processed.

Unfortunately a glitch can happen at any place along the line..... And never speedy at best, any glitch adds a week at a time to your wait.... At least your withdrawal is coming from a reputable casino - it will get there - they simply cannot control the timing.....

Seems like a good time to telephone them and ask for a courtesy bonus ;) Maybe that will soften the wait....

Quickest way for us in the US is casino to QT then QT to WP or NS.....

Congrats on your win!

I sure miss the good ole days when Neteller and Prepaid ATM were still available for USA players. I would have my cashout processed and in my accounts within 3 days!!! I could really take out my frustration on some of those meddelsome Fat Cat Congressmen who have nothing better to do than try to take away what little personal rights we still have here in the USA!!! Somebody always has to put their nose in where it's not wanted or needed!!!!! LOL!!! Let's feed some starving children, give them decent health care and take care of mother earth instead!!!!huhhwtff

Hi!! I just wanted to let everyone know that Royal Vegas went over board to help resolve this for me. What took so long, was the bank account I used denied the transfer from Royal Vegas!! I ended up finding my old Quicktender account info and used that and the transfer went through really fast!! I'm now waiting for the transfer from Quicktender to show up on my Netspend Visa. Fortune Lounge support did not quit trying until we found a account that would accept a transfer, and the support personell were all very helpfull and apologetic that it took so long!! Now I know to use Quicktender and I will never have any more problems!!!:beersThank-you to everyone who replied to my posts, I couldn't have done it without ya!!! :flrs

I'm currently waiting for it to show up on my Netspend. If it works, I just used the Netspend account number and routing number given in the Direct Deposit form you use for direct deposits. You have to put that under your bank withdrawel options on your Quick Tender account. It wouldn't let me register the account I have with Meta Bank, I had to use my other Netspend Visa which is through Inter National Bank. Quick Tender emailed me and said they sent the payment yesterday, so if it works it should be in my Netspend account any time now. I'll post how it turns out. :coins
