No probs. I have been on live chat to ask for my account to be changed to US Dollars. And if they cant do that will have to close account and reopen with US Dollars.

Is it cash or a bonus the prize money?

Just want to give info here as well. Genesys group recently changed their terms on no deposit and freebies so its much more strict now.
You can not claim 2 no deposit or free bonuses in a row. You have to make deposit in between or else a withdrawal will be invalid.

Also there is also now $100 max withdrawal on any free bonuses no deposit. Just to give everyone heads up here.

So if this slot tournament is bonus money. Then be careful and make sure to make deposit in case you end up in prize money
