Hi all,

I have to ask you all if you have noticed a change at Rival casino? Ive already closed my accounts at 50% of all those casinos.

I constantly run into problems after probelms with these casino and now they have changed rules. For the 5th time I I noticed I had a max cashout limit at Paradis8.com of a ridicoulus $500!! and I couldnt cashout multiple $500 withdrawals either...

The ones Ive cloed my accounts at are some of the most well know when they stopped giving birthday bonus or any free bonus at all due to other players bonus abuse. Also at some of them I waited over a week for an explanation!

Tnen we have all those delays of withdrawals. First of all they dont even process your withdrawals on weekends and a possible withdrawal could take over a week. A few weeks ago then I tried to cashout at Pantasia they ofcoarse had problems with the cashoer so it was not possbile to withdraw at all for a long period of time...too long to have something left in my account...??

Im telling ye, they always have something to blame on just to delay your withdrawal or prevent funds to leave their casino.

It clearly says on thier site there is a $2000 withdrawal limit / day...nothing about a $4000 weekly limit or suddenly a $500 total limit like I found out I had at Paradise8 even though Im a "Golden sun" member!

What is th reason to deposit and play if the withdrawal limit is $500 even thought you dont have used a bonus??

A manager at a well know RTG casino starting with the letter "i" and ends witn "bet" told me this:

We are not like these new start ups that if you hit big they want to give you a couple of thousand a month, they try and tempt you with ridiculous bonuses that any person would know a Casino cannot offer, unless there is a trick.

Damn he is so right...Rival are such a good example of this! Their only reason with all these bonuses and supermega low withdrawal limits is to trick players...and also with their long delays and made up stories and strange stupid rules. Thre is no reason to have a superlow withdrawal limit except to treat the lucky player badly and trick them to play their balance away.

Paradise8 manger Julia were kind enough to "bypass" my account and credit me promos and bonus anyway cause Im a valued player....but then I ran into all these problems...

Also Pantasia I think gave me almost $300 in a 24hour period of all their problems causes me...$100 ND offer time after time... they really gave the opposite effct...how unserious is that???

Simin Says used t obe good but sudenly they said I didnt qualifie for any more promos...promos juts stopped coming...not even monthly bonuses...same at SlotoCash and many more...Mayan Fortune, sistercasino to Pantasia told me to I didnt qualifie for any promos..even though Pantasia is giving me soo much but every time I wanna cashout I ran into problems and delay so I cant take it any more....why does Pantasie have different rules than their sistercasino? Nothing make sense at Rival anymore!

This is Vegas dont give a shit about me either even thoug I deposited alot before all this...they have new rules to...no free bonuses at all!

Each and eery time I wanna make a withdrawal there are problems or limits or something else....parasise8 answered my mails after 3 days...but when I got pissed now and didnt wanna wait until aprox next Friday to get my small $500 withdrawal so I emailed them to reverse it...it took 5 minutes!! and I had a replay in my mail about my $500 were in my account....!!???! Now ofcuarse they answer within minutes...otherwise it takes 3 days!

I dont know but it may be a good honest Rival out there but I really doubt it since there are almsot the same...at least same support people...this Nathan guy always ansvers my mails at all casino ..or maybe Don and they have nothing good to say ever, just like they were some kind of robots.

I have had it with Rival, Im closing one after another when starts to struggel the other way, thay are not professional in any way.

A player SHOULD be able to withdraw any amount at anytime when there is no free bonus involved. Its cheating to set limits to a player when there is no limits of how much you can deposit.

A withdrawal SHOULD be processed within 24 hours at the most too even on weekends.

Im telling you all, if you aim for fast withdrawals and honst casino personal and withdrawals of more than $500, DONT risk playing at Rival casino! They will work against you in any way they can!

I play and make my withdrawal now and then at RTG casinos and some Microgaming casinos, Party Casino and ofcoarse Getminted Casino with instant automatic $5000 transfers/day to NETELLER...but when playing at Rival I almost always end up feeling cheated like hell.

Anyone recognize what I describeing here?

Three are ethical natrual obvious rules they dont follow... they print one thing on their site then a totally different un-written ruls apply... Suddenly you almost cant cashout at all..I mean $500 withdrawal limit?? Delays and struggles and sudden change of rules adn policys and for ex cashout limits. There are many many sort of change-able factors you have be scared of when playing Rivals.

You are so right Judy, I dont have to play there...which I just wrote I closing accounts as I run into problems. There are just too many issues with them and you are not sure of were you are with them.

I dont have these problems with ANY other casino on the net... There is for sure never a hassle free withdrawal at Rivals.

Why do they have such superlow withdrawal limit? That question is HOT as hell!

And why so very long withdrawal times??

Why do they delay thing on purpous??

Why is there limitations on bonus free withdrawals?

Tell me another reason except they want the player to play it away which probably 75% do!

I play at Rival.If I get a bonus I am happy. If not,I guess I wasn't due one.If I had a problem,I mean a real problem.I would ask one of the staff here for help,not come here and knock the casinos on the forum.

If Im getting bonuses or not isnt my problem...its the whole package...all the struggle and lack of service and unfair rules.

I have contacted the casino and live support about all this but it is the sme as talk to a wall... Ive been in contact with them so often so I know how they act...when something gain them there is fast respons when there are tough questions and why there are delays adn why all limits and blah blah there isnt a replay for a long time and when it finally comes there is some "misunderstanding" adn they answered something else or they thought I asking about something else and by that points the whole conversation have lost its pupouse or I just have the power to go on... A player shouldn´t have to go through all this with a casino.

Ive never bee nto a land based casino but if you start with $300 and play blackjack all evening and win $10000 and goes to the cashier, will they only give you $500 adn do you have to come back and get another $500 next week?

And do you have to wait 5 days until there is a cashier in place to even handle the cashout? Naaa...I think there is one person there all the time adn give you the whole amount in your hands instantly... Why shouldnt these casinos be able to do the same(except physically put the cold cash in your hands)

If a land based casino acted the same as these Rival do peole would go bananas and kick their butts! (and when we are talking landbased casinos I know you like to point out they dont give free bonuses at all and that online is better...yeah sure but this is not about that)

Belive me,Ive tried email these casino and have they explain this and live support to but they just says the have to sent my question to the right department and that Ill be contacted by email about it...and then nothing as usual.

No, iNetBet manager didnt mention Rival but they really fit in to the description too good...LOL New casinos...delaying on purpose and pay in peanuts and throw free bonuses all over the place...

Ive played for many many years online and sure ive had my issues with other casinos but not ever like with Rivals...

Like I mentioned in my first post there are some very very good casino I like and play at...I wish Rival could be just as good when they have some fun games.

Ive found good casinos but when they dont yet offer affiliates a chance to earn money on thier players they are not very popular here...

And none of you know I dislike Rival casinos until a week ago when everyhting is a mess with most of them for me for some reason...Ive repeatedly said I love Rivals and their slots and youve have seen ive won quite big on the jackpot pages...but ther have been alot of problems too for some reasons which I dont yet know?????!!??

I still love their slots...but I wanna be able to cashout too which Im not. it shouldnt be an issue to cashout. Most of us know when to stop and then we go to the cashier and flush the whole amount..then we get our money! But these guys have taken that opportunity away from the player just to get some or all the amount back. Its not the players fault...a good casino should not struggle the other way but istead please the lucky winner as much as possible.

Maybe it doesnt matter for you that deposit $25 and cashout $200 and can wait a week for the $200...but if you start with $200 you dont wanna be limited to a $500 withdrawal when you balance is up to $5000...that is just a big scorn! and then they do everything in their power to prevent the player from cashout ut! Its really stinks! Bad style!

Ceks, I dont understand what you are saying. When you win do you ever contact support and ask them to flush your account?? They always do for me and I get my winnings either the same day or the next day. If you dont flush it then it will stay in your account for 24 hrs then it has to be proccessed and that takes 2 days. I absolutely love the Rival group. They have been so good to me. Try flushing your account and see what happens. Also..2 months ago i got an e-mail from simon saying I had a promo in my account. I couldnt believe it when I logged in because I had..$50 free %30 free and $10 free and when I was done and checked the cashier I had another $10 and I kid you not they gave me $250 that day in free money! Everytime I went back I had another $10. The next day I found $25. I have cashed out many times with rivals.

Thanks for bringing this up... This is exactly what I do but they dont follow their own rules printed in public on their site. For ex. they with there is a $2000 daily withdrawal limit. Nothing more or or nothing less but I have a $500 withdrawal limit suddenly(TOTALLY RIDICOULUS). and long time before I noticed the hard way they have an un-written rule abount $4000/week when I thougt I were allowed to withdraw $2000/day the following 2 weeks.

Yes, it seem none in here know english or just dont wanna listen on my facts. As you are a small depositor Redfawn and cashout around $250 sometimes I believe you are not affected by these events I experience.

Which Rival do you play at and how much do you withdraw when you dont have any problam? What is your withdrawal limit? I need to know before I can categorize you...as Redfawn didnt qualifie as "a high risk" for the casinos and ended up far below their already superlow withdrawal limits.

The bottom line is there are no threads in 3 years about a player that has had their cashin voided and I think that says a lot on it's own. In the end we cannot please everyone but I know most of the Rivals at least try and I know I do too.

I'm sorry - I've asked this of the Rival people before but have never gotten an answer.... WHAT constitutes a BONUS ABUSER? The Rivals give great bonuses, but IF you win and IF you cashout you are eventually going to be blackballed in the name of "bonus abuse". How in the world can you abuse something that is freely given. We open the cashier, click on the bonus YOU give us and then deposit. How in the world could that ever be considered ABUSE?

Vixen I'm very grateful that you reopened this thread. Every single thing that CEKS said has happened to me. One day I'm a VIP player the next day I'm a bonus abuser..... I know you here at the Streak went "to the wall" to get me back into the Rivals.... but the question still remains, just what did I do to be accused of bonus abuse. And why would you have had to "go to the wall" at all for a player who does nothing more than accept the coupon bonuses as offered, deposit, and play....??

If a bonus coupon is in the cashier and if the terms are fair I accept them. I often deposited without using a coupon at all. But once you're accused you have no way to prove your innocense. Every one of my Rival Casino accounts was affected at the time of the Rockbet rollout. Some I have had reopened, most are still closed. All had the bonuses removed, some have had them returned. Most have had the wd limits lowered, most have had them fixed to the more realistic 2000/4000. I've emailed each casino that remains closed, but the customer support will not answer me when I write asking to have my account reopened.

Redfawn, I can't tell you the times in the last month that I've won, only to get to the cashier and find out they've changed my withdrawal limits again.... they usually do fix them but they shouldn't have changed them in the first place. IF the limit is 2000/4000 as is standard you of course wouldn't have a problem getting the $1000..... but win more than that and whooosh they sweep in and lower your wd limits to 500 per WEEK......

I know immediately if I'm going to have a "problem" as the software closes itself to "update". It's nellie bar the door and everybody watch out to see what new torture the Rivals can mete out.

RockbetJohn, the managers I've had the privelege of working with seem to be honest and hardworking, just as dedicated as our fantastic streak staff. But when a casino chain continues to treat winning players in this manner, you've got to wonder how long they can last.

I spouted much the same as CEKS in a thread where someone wanted to know if anyone had ever won at Rockbet. It was edited as I was really slamming.... I've kept my mouth shut until today. But I can't understand an industry that offers you a carrot and kicks you when you accept it.

As for expressing it here, it seems like CEKS was absolutely correct in chosing this area.... she expressed her views in news and views....... and I'm sad to say I agree with her because I've been treated like a dog by the Rivals myself.

Ive been told bonus abuse in my region have made all Rivals to send out players from my country (Sweden) will not get free bonuses anymore. Some, like Pantasia and Paradise8 have overrided this because Im a loyal depositor since almost 3 years back now...some wont even answer mails eventhough Ive been loyal and deposit quite much at almost all Rivals That is just one thing that annoys me with Rivals nowaday...still have lots of quiestions like I wrote before in this post...
