Okay, I am sorry but I do NOT understand the reasoning behind complaining to a casino (much less LIVE CHAT!) about never getting anything for free?

In defense of Lilbit, it's only frustrating because of the information we share on the forums. When you know someone else got something--you play and deposit and did not receive the same, it's natural to wonder why. They say Knowledge is power, but Knowledge can also be a pain in the butt as we see here! LOL Casinos have to be careful now how they treat forum members because we blab!

Grocery stores, gas stations and mortgage companies don't entice us to spend money with them on the promise of winning a jackpot! But when we spend money at any casino regularly and rarely if ever withdraw, then yeah we need a little "incentive" (Freebie!) to keep the dream going, and keep us hooked. Good casinos know that.

Lastly, if casinos NEVER gave out freebies we wouldn't come to expect them now and again. In that, they spoil us a little bit.

On a different note, I did get 40 free spins for Tomb Raider a couple months ago and I am amazed now that I was 1 of 40! Those are some odds, that must have been my lucky week. Had I known I would have played more at my fav casinos!

Well Lucky that is the reason why the Streak has so many sponsors so you see the casinos do take notice and give back to the community. I don't feel like the casino is enticing you to do anything, if you don't think you should be gambling then I think you shouldn't be. I am not picking on anyone all I am saying is if we could let everyone that enters a contest win that would be awesome but we can't and I am sure the casino wishes they could give every player a few free spins but they can't. I would suggest that if you are a regular depositor send this link along to the promotions dept and see if they can maybe hit up a few of the players that are not getting the free spins and I suggest this be sent in a very NICE way.

I understand that Vix, I was just trying to show things from Lilbit's point of view. I am happy that I got my turn at the free spins, given the tough competition, so I am content.
