If I were you I would check that email closer. This one for the 100% offer is not good until March 4th. Usually these are weekend offers and it is not the weekend yet hon.

Also please be aware that the offers for Red Flush and Red FLush USA are totally different. You may have received the wrong one by accident.:think

I realize the 100% match is for tomorrow. But, the other email that I received for the 20% match and the 50 free spins on Gift Rap was for today and they just absolutely WOULD NOT give me anything. That, in my book, says they are not honest. Lying is the one thing I HATE the most.

I am sorry, I really don't usually gripe much. I am not able to deposit very often because I live on disability. But, when I do get to deposit it makes me REALLY happy. But tonight everything seemed to all go to HE!! in a handbasket, ya know??

i got a letter and didn't see any free spins ,so i wen't on live chat and all i got was RUDE treatment , the guy i spoke to was so rude he made me feel stupid for asking about the free spins , i promised myself not to bother with this casino again , but i kept seeing this post over and over i went and logged in ,got a pop-up saying i had free spins on Avalon.. i still don't know if i'll play there again , but free is free o u can't get much tighter than 5 lines , :hitwhich is what i got ...

How can you tell if you used Streak banners to download? My Red Flush account is rfver00158030.

I just spoke to Denis and he was very nice, and said for me to check my account at 6am on Friday, which is tomorrow for me. If I'm eligible, those spins will be in my account.

I was hesitant to comment about this casinos' horrible customer service reps. I thought maybe it was just me, or that I had just caught someone having a bad day, but that obviously is not the case. I had the exact same thing happen to me as stated by a couple of other Streakers here. The thing with the deposit bonuses/emails/mailers being sent by error and them not honoring it whatsoever!..., the rude live support!...just one too many bad experiences where I was left feeling so frustrated! Support is the worst at this casino, and I'm done playing there. This is all based on my own personal experiences I've had with this particular casino.

Everyone please be patient I agree these rude customer support agents cannot be tolerated!! I am trying my best to get this all fixed!

I a thinking the free spins was my error it was for people that have not deposited in a long time for that I am sorry I am only human and I must have misunderstood!!

The bonus issues will be resolved Red Flush has always cleaned up their messes and these rude support agents will be dealt with.

I have a support agent coming in to help PLEASE be respectful everyone!!!

I received the email, but didn't get any free spins. I also received an email saying that I could also get a 20% match deposit plus 50 free spins on Gift Rap. I made a $50 deposit tonight and was also going to make a deposit tomorrow to get the 100% match. Needless to say, I WILL NOT be making another deposit into Red Flush because not only did I not get ANY bonus (no 20% match or free spins), I got on live chat and spoke to Raymond, who was very rude and actually LIED to me. Then I called in to them and spoke to Oscar (who was a lot nicer than Raymond, but still wouldn't give me a bonus) then I asked to speak to a supervisor. The supervisor, Dennis, was also VERY rude and told me that I would not be getting ANYTHING. I don't know about you guys, but I deposit into casino's where I can get a bonus of somekind to extend my play time. I don't expect to cash out, I expect only to have fun. I can honestly say that at Red Flush, I will not be having any fun because with the THREE people that I spoke to being so RUDE and LYING, it caused me more frustration than any fun that I may have had. Sooooo sad.

Just an observation plus my 2 cents worth on this group of casinos ( red gaming ) I read alot of the posts at this forum and at other's as well and I see a common occurrence- that is that they are very misleading in the emails/snail mail concerning promos/free spins ect... I started depositing at this group a few months back and was pretty excited about the Xmas promo they had going on. I deposited many times during that promo and surprisingly I received none of the free spins that were promised in the emails. Looking back I remember that quite a few members here complained about the same thing. And like I said above I noticed the same compaints at other forums. And now I see more confusion/ complaints again??
I myself sent an email asking them to maybe clarify the emails they send and got no reply and because of that I stopped depositing!
I think that maybe they should be looked at closer?
And I agree with the earlier post- the support is in dire need of people skills!!!

Yes Pixie and it also states you get a 100% match on your deposit. Is there any other question about it? :think Some people got free spins and some did not. Your email says nothing about free spins, neither did mine. So that just means we must not have qualified hon.

I have had problems as well. Especially getting the free spins after a deposit and when I told chat I got the pop up, they would tell me it was a mistake. But there was no mistake I always got the email saying free spins with a 50.00 deposit. I spents way to much money there and had more trouble then it was worth trying to get the spins. plus I have never gotten anything free with out a deposit. there are to many other casinos that will give freebies to their depositors and higher match bonuses. Just my opinion. And yes, I have won in the contest from this site, so I may have won 1% of what I have spent there. I did enjoy their games. to bad they have had problems, hope they can work them out.

I certainly can relate...re: emails. Won't got into anymore, but am really disconcerted with RF at this point. Maybe will change my mind someday and decided to deposit again!
