I have been waiting for 3 days for an email response. Still nothing. I had emailed regarding not receiving this promo before it was suggested. I was told in live chat a few days ago that the reason I didnt get the promo was because of streak gaming. that they never sent it in for me. He basically put it back on streak gaming..my acct number is rfver00013811. If you can do anything for me to at least get the spins i would appreciate it.

I played this promotion as well, thought I would give them one last try. I did not get the 20% or the free spins. Chat gave me the 20% but said no free spins and acted like she was doing me a big favor. I made a 100 deposit I was suppose to get free spins. She insisted there were no free spins with the promo. I sent two emails to support and have not heard a word. and also tried to contact Michael. I will close my account if they dont honor their peomotions

I can't help but want to put in my 2cents also, i have recieved the e-mail with the free spins and the 100% bonus, i also received the royal wedding promo.. I had the unfortnate luck of having to speak to Raymond, wow this guy is a piece of work, what a ass he is. I will send my comments to support...
oh and when i send email it gets bounced back also...

The promotion email I received was for 20% and 50 free spins. Had nothing to do with being a streak member. But they did not honor the free spins. which isnt the first time. and two of the emails that were posted on this site came back undelivered. Whats up with that Michael???hmmr

I have also tried to send emails to Michael. Every time I send an email it gets bounced back saying it is "unable to be delivered." We need more help than that Michael.:think

I had to contact Live Support last weekend regarding a match bonus and the customer service agent was extremely nice and helpful. This weekend when I logged in there was a 50% and a 100% bonus applied to my account. Just wanted to let you know that there are no complaints here.

I have seen Casino after Casino say they are going to fix errors and nothing.

All I can say now is WOW.:rock

I sent an email less than 8 hrs ago expressing my shock over treatment I had recieved a few weeks ago. I could not sleep :redas the pain from my burns just are so painfull. I totally understand everyones frustration when something goes wrong, but I wish more people would come back and let us know when the casinos have responded and fixed their mistakes. We like to hear the good about the casinos along with any problems.

I dont like to complaint but as a Canadian i dont receive much from this group i deposit this year and last year and receive little . Even in promotion time i feel so sorry to deposit because live help told it was not the good day to have something.

I can understand some regular rules but a lot of time free spins arent for me it really rare that i receive some. I still confused about the way it work i deposit too at la vida and never got anything so i dont go there no more.

I wrote to red flush too and i will see if they here canadian too because we deposit and should be ear on complaint .

I am really happy for some of you who receive regular spins me it is rarely done and live help let me sorry on a deposit and complaint.

I got the mailer and pop up and keep being told by support there is a malfunction in the system to log out and back in and again i do this but still no spins!

I have emailed all the emails i can find and am not getting any response from anyone!
