Having Trouble Getting My Withdrawals From Slot Madness and Captain Jack

Hi, I am hoping that the forum still supports Slot Madness and Captain Jack. I am having a problem getting my withdrawals from both of them. I have $1250 coming home via a Wire Transfer from Captain Jack which was approved on August 18th and $2222 from Slot Madness via Wire Transfer also which was approved on August 24th but I have emailed the escalations department (Ally T.) about 30 time but all I get is an auto response saying that I will get a response from her in 3 to 5 days but she never gets back to me. I called and left messages at the casino's but no one has called me back. Starting to freak out. This has been a terrible couple of months trying to get my money and also the Canadian Check from Uptown Aces that bounced and left me in the hole over $2000. I was hoping you might be able to to tell me if they are still being supported and if you might be able to help me with this situation or if anyone else is having the same problem. I would appreciate any help.

marketing(AT)streakgaming.com I heard they had processing issues and wires were backed up but are making all efforts to get wires out . This should have happened for you by now!

Hi, Just looked today and no money in my account yet from either casino. Kind of upsetting, I hope one or the other come in by tomorrow.

Hi Y'all, I got the withdrawal from Slot Madness this morning but still haven't gotten the one from Captain Jack and they are the one that I withdrew first and was approved on Aug. 18th. I sure hope I get that one on Monday. Thanks again Vixen for your help and thanks to everyone else for your support.

Hi Vixen, I want to thank you for the help in getting my withdrawal from Slot Madness. I was hoping I could ask for your help again regarding the withdrawal for Captain Jack. I still haven't gotten that yet and I really need the funds. I went into their live chat and spoke to a representative named Pop and was asking them about it and they cut me off on purpose after about a 10 minute conversation. I don't know what's going on with them. When you looked into this for me before their Finance department said that I would have my funds by the middle of last week or the end of last week at the latest. I still didn't get them this morning. I have been bumped up to a VIP Level 5, which is the highest level that you can get to but I can't get anyone there to email me, return my phone calls or talk to me on live chat without disconnecting me. I hate to ask but could you once again intercede on my behalf regarding the withdrawal I did at Captain Jack which was approved on August 18th for $1250. My logon with them is control35. I would really appreciate you help again. Sorry I have to ask again
but I am very frustrated.

Hi Vixen, no problem. I always appreciate your help. I did speak today with Karen who is a Elite Casino host at Captain Jack and she said that money was sent via a wire transfer on 9/24 and that it is still in the 7 to 10 business day time frame for the transfer but I still haven't received it as of today. It is very frustrating. I don't know if you can still find out any more information than what I have found out but if you can that would be great. Once again your awesome and it's always great to be able to turn to you when I have any kind of an issue with a casino. Thanks again!!!

Hi Vixen, I received your email, thanks again for your help. I wanted to let you know that I did receive the funds today via a Wire Transfer. It took about 7 weeks though. They really need to speed up the process. I have a withdrawal pending and have asked them to Fast Track it this time but we will see. Take care and have a great weekend.
