Hi, I am hoping that the forum still supports Slot Madness and Captain Jack. I am having a problem getting my withdrawals from both of them. I have $1250 coming home via a Wire Transfer from Captain Jack which was approved on August 18th and $2222 from Slot Madness via Wire Transfer also which was approved on August 24th but I have emailed the escalations department (Ally T.) about 30 time but all I get is an auto response saying that I will get a response from her in 3 to 5 days but she never gets back to me. I called and left messages at the casino's but no one has called me back. Starting to freak out. This has been a terrible couple of months trying to get my money and also the Canadian Check from Uptown Aces that bounced and left me in the hole over $2000. I was hoping you might be able to to tell me if they are still being supported and if you might be able to help me with this situation or if anyone else is having the same problem. I would appreciate any help.
