1500$ freeroll didn't show on mine either and i'm a regular depositor there. world casino has gotten cheap here lately....for the last 3 months they have offered me only a 35% continual bonus which i think is a waste. all the slot games there they have made it where i have to bet .40 on .20 cent games and have to play.50 on the .25 cent games min. they say it is a management decision....don't know why all the club world sites are making me do this now. makes me feel like i've been bonus banned and they don't won't me playing there

thx vixen.... i normally play 40 and 50 cent....but i want it to where i can play min too, especially if i have to make a bonus free deposit. since they have done this i have only deposited once. i've also noticed that this is happening to me at manhatten slots and all star slots. i bet if i check the other sites i will find out that it has happened there too:throw

The $1500 freeroll showed up for me. I am sorry those of you who are regular depositors that they are excluding you from that. So far they haven't crapped on me yet. Hope they can figure this out for you.

Could you get mine checked as well as got same problem with higher minimum limits. But I though at Club World Casinos that they made limits higher themselves not just for certain players. But please check mine as well if possible thanks.

They did the same thing to me dropped my bonus amount to only 35% at all of their Casinos. It was done after I won the Random Jackpot last year at Club World. I don't know if that had anything to do with it. The Jackpot was 7,300. Maybe they think I won enough. I used to deposit at all of their casinos on a regular basis . I did email them a few times about it and was told it was the managements decision.

I know that does not answer much at all but I wanted you all to know that I am on this and I am trying to find out what is going on here. I told them many players are not happy!

This is all really odd. I never thought I would read negative threads concerning cwc. Other than getting turned down for a recent contest win I had never had a prob with them and have been playing at them for years. I did have a bad experience via buzzluck tho. When they first appeared I thought great, part of cwc and streak recommended. Two sites I trust. After I dl'ed buzz I did'nt really like the looks of the games to much so I figured I would just play in the tournies. Problem was I could'nt figure out how to get into tournies. I contacted live chat and the lady said you don't qualify for a free tournament. I replied I am not looking for a freebie I am trying to figure out how to play tournies. Again she said you do not get freebie. Again I replied I am not looking for freebie I am looking for tournies. This went on for a few more mins and I gave up and never bent back to buzzluck. At the time I dismissed it and figured they just had someone new in support who was an idiot.
some thread this is turning out to be. i can't believe what i done brought to the surface on this one and i come back up here 4-5 times a day to review it. i'm just about to the point where i'm going to delete the club world sites but i'm waiting on a response from the moderators here on this issue. i've only done this to 1 site so far and that was slots jungle. looks like all the club world sites will be joining them
I am really surprised about this as well. Couple months back or early in the year. I was following story on biggest gambling forum is it okay to mention it? I guess wil be okay as not linking. At casinomeister there was discussions. And their great REP Tom there promised big improvements in regards to their loyality to players and rewards. So everything would be improved and more freebies for loyal players and so on. But it seems to have gone all the other way?
I think all this could relate to all the major problems with withdrawals to US customers this year. And also I bet they have lost lot of customers US based. I do not hope it has put them in serious problems. As im my mind CWC brands are not something to leave.
They still IMHO belongs to one of the best casino groups out there. I just think we need to have a little faith here and give them some time to sort out their mess.

So I am happy with this response they made a mistake and plan to fix that for the future. I have also tried to get an answer on the bonus tightening and the min spin amount being raised up on certain players. We are not saying these brands are good to play at that is not the case they are still honest!! There are internal changes going on which is apparent I am not sure if it is due to bonus abusing or hard times in general but I am sure our voices will be heard.
Buzzluck sounds like a bad rep to me more then anything, I do believe they outsource the chat help.
