Do all casinos have a record of your balance while you are playing. I mean if I want to check my history at a Rival, I can see what I bet what I won/lost and my balance after each spin. I just looked at an RTG and I dont see that. So can they?
 
It is my understanding that RTG does have a history log. They don't display it as an option for you to view, but I am sure if you contact chat they would be able to help you.

You can read the T&C or rules, and it states there that they have a record of every bet.
 
If you are looking for a certain bet they can probably help you. Say, if you know the day and time and game etc.
 
Thank You. I may have an issue with an RTG that could be settled if they look at my history. We will see. I will let you know if this turns out badly. And yes this is a good RTG as far as I know.

All serious casinos have gamelogs, but at some for ex at RTG casinos you have to email them and request your gamelogs and they send you an Excel file with the logs... :sntn
 
If you contact support, they can even tell you your last few bets, and wins or losses. You just have to ask. That has been my experience.
