Rivals....here we go AGAIN!

If you have played the Secret Garden slot alot at some of the Rivals casinos they probably owe you some money due to a bonus round glitch!

It has happed me 5-6 times when I get 3 or more keys and starts the bonus round were you water the flowers and trying to find another key to get to the next garden/bonus round and continue watering the flowers. The glitch is that sometimes the bouns round just ends even though you have found another key that would take you to the next round!!!!
The first time I doubted myself but then I took it easy and actually see the key down in the left corner when the bonus round ended like it didnt noticed a key had been found!

I wrote to Superior about this and they asked me some question and then they didnt care anymore obviously cause today 2 weeks later when playing at ThisIsVegas Casino same thing happend again. I have just emailed them about it. I won $136 on the round but if the slot worked right I would have at least have come to another round and got at least $30 more...maybe over $200 more.... I really wonder how many player and high rollers that have been cheated by this malfuction!

OMG I dont know how many bugs I have reported to Rival casinos but this really starting to get tooo much for me.... All this writing and explaining....

I know some Rival employees looking here so maybe some of them can take care of this serious bug!??

I have to say I also have water left in my watercan which the casinos say I maybe dont have.

I have manage to duplicate this glitch twice in 5 min in free mode now...if you are "too fast" to click on a gate when have just picked up all items the bonus the round ends even though you have water left and have found another key!

Please let us know what they say Ceks. Glitches are not a good thing and need to be fixed asap.

Re:

This I got from Sloto´Cash Casino, and they are right about the total win amount but its quite boring that the bug exposed how the bouns round works..I mean that you are awarded a certain amount before the actual bonus round is finished and that it doesn´t matter how you play the bonus round. Of coarse most of us suspected it didnt matter how we played it but we weren´t 100% sure...but now we are and I think they gould skip all the watering and and just credit the certain amount that will be won.

Dear ********,

Regarding the video.
Thank you very much for including the video as it helped the technical department a great deal in finding this rare bug.
We expect it to be solved right now.

We have also checked the crediting in the system and no money was wasted on the bonus round.
As the video shows, you were credited the full amount for the bonus round and the bug is only a display glitch that is being caused by clicking so fast with the mouse.

In that video, the pink flowers are worth 120 and the red flowers worth 600. When you water the garden, 6 pink flowers and 1 red one are display.
This would total 1320 coins if the round actually ended right then. However, on the winning screen, you are credited with 4920 coins, which is the full amount that you would win whether or not the front-end properly displayed it.
The glitch is thus only a display glitch.

Nevertheless the glitch is now fixed and thank you again for bringing it to our attention.

If you have any further questions, please don't hesitate to contact us again.

Have a nice day.

Kind Regards,

Eric

It has to be this way; else they wouldn't be able to figure the odds. (I think?)

If I am wrong; some math genius will come along and correct me. :hammer

I guess you are right but coulnt the odds change after the bouns round is played so all millions future spins will compensate that possible huge payout on a bonus round?

If that were the case; casinos would have to advertise fluctuating odds? Something like 90-98%

Huge bonus wins are already calculated into the odds; just as non winning bonus rounds. Guess they cancel each other out.

I dunno; just my thoughts. = )

You are right but I wonder how these iSlots work for example that golf game and this new Cosmic slot if a player decide to miss all the holes in the golf bouns game or miss all asteroids in the cosmic bonus game... Will the slot compensate for that in the future spins or did the player just lower the total payout %? And then we have these AWP slots at Microgaming...huh!! Those really sucks and all games you can double up your win...sometimes you can double and win...but then the slot have to compensate the double win later cause the slot dont know if a player will double the win or not in the first place.
I wished a player actually could affect the total win amount from a bonus round were the player have to make some choices...so the bonus round is not just some visual effect that waste gamingtime...

Why are you so concerned about this ceks? Not being mean, but really? What is the fixation on this hon? Either you think the games are good and you are going to play them, or you think they may be "fixed" or whatever you want to call it and don't play them? :dizzy

Why Im concerned? Just some interesting thoughts when in some cases the bouns round win amount IS fixed before the round actually are finished and then this skillrounds like the golf game and cosmic game can get a zero payout if the player want it that way... Just another thought after MotelPrisoners thought:
It has to be this way; else they wouldn't be able to figure the odds. (I think?)

Wouldn´t it be nice to be able to affect the outcome of a bonusround to the better and not just to the worse? Havent´you ever thought about how it works? A thought dont need to be a "fixation"...

Wouild be nice if a math genius would come along and correct us! ugly

Think of it as Ceks and I having a catch, Judy! = )

Cept we decided to toss theories back and forth!

I have always wondered how they figure these odds...and how bonus games fit into them.

I also wonder when playing RTG slots; what would happen if 2 people were playing at the same time and by some weird freak of timing...what if both of us triggered the random JP at the same time? Who would get it?

I'm not questioning any sites' integrity here....just questioning the possibilities. That's what I do when I can't play...think about weird stuff! Maybe I need more hobbies! LOL

Cek's original post caught my eye because I had a similar thing happen back when Hype was new. I wrote back and forth with them asking questions and they never did answer my questions; they just kept assuring me it was all right.

I do believe that the title of the thread should be changed; maybe to something less inflammatory towards Rival Casinos; since they don't owe players anything.

Either you think the games are good and you are going to play them, or you think they may be "fixed" or whatever you want to call it and don't play them?

I forgot to put this part in my last post...

I'm not sure I can agree with that statement wholly. I like to be informed about how things work. Just naturally curious, I guess.

Plus, I like to think that the more I understand about a subject; the better I can use that information to succeed at whatever my goal is. In this particular case; getting the best odds for my gambling dollar.

Sometimes, I do think it is more fun to just play without thinking about all this stuff I don't understand...but that's when I have tons of cash! :slots
