So sorry sorcer3ss I did not see your reply. When cooking for myself everything is hot and spicy but for the cookout since others were present I always make spicy and non spicy versions of everything....

Yes, best to cater for everyone's different tastes isn't it, my friend went to a wedding last week and they served goat and quail, most inappropriate for a lot of wedding guests.
