Desert Nights withdrawl

I made my first deposit with Desert Nights (RTG) and requested a cash out of $700.00..whahoo! Has any one requested a withdrawl from them yet. The only option I have is Bank wire and it said that it could take 10 days..really long in my opinion. I already had my doc's on file from the Rival version so I only had to send over the fax back form. My withdrawl is still in the requested stage (the first stage of 4 stages) and it has already been 3 days since my request. It looks like I might be in for a long haul.

Ok..Please remember that I was originally told that all I needed to send them was my fax back form. So on Tuesday I sent them my fax back form and a copy of my CC and liscense (just in case). So I checked with them yesterday (Thurs.) and they said that my docs are still being reviewed. I get an E-mail early this morning saying they need a copy of my phone bill. WTF. Their security agent is the one that said all I need is a fax back form. Anyway I forward a copy of my phone bill very early this morning. I just talked to live chat and they said that my phone bill still needs approved. When you request a withdrawl from them they have 6 different stages you go through to get the money to your account. You can track what stage you are on. Guess what stage I am on? Thats right stage 1. Got 5 more stages to go and 4 days have already passed.

To top it off while I was venting to the Live Chat Agent she sends me a post about their great 15% offer that I can reverse my withdrawl and win even more money. Hel* No! What balls!

Frustrated!!!
 
Hopefully once you get through this you will not have to wait long next time you withdraw! :rain
 
viking, I hope it works out for you. In my opinion, that is crazy............ absolutely no reason for it to take that long.

best of luck...............and don't reverse..............they want you to ......obviously!:think
 
Stay strong and don't reverse. I don't think they should be offering a bonus to do so. Hopefully this is a one time thing to deal with and after that they go a lot quicker. I try to be understanding about the difficulties in them getting us our money but they should not even be trying to tempt you to reverse. Keeping my fingers crossed that it goes smoothly for you once they get things in order. Good luck!
 
Thanks for the advice. I am pretty good when it comes to withdrawls. Once I request them I do not reverse them. My problem is knowing when to stop while I am playing.
 
I have my contact looking into this, I pitched a big fit for you!!

I was informed they have now approved everything for you, they are also told by me this was NOT acceptable for any player to have this run around! They are on notice from me that we will not tolerate this again.

Thanks so much Vixen for taking the time out of your schedule to step up for me. I really hate to complain about a casino, especially if it is Streak endorsed, and sometimes I might be out of line but in this instant they dropped the ball. Hopefully the rest of the process goes smoothly. I will keep you updated.

Update: Still waiting on my wire transfer. Was told that it was finished processing on Monday and it still has not hit my bank account. They told me that it could take up to 10 days to show up at my bank. That seems like an awful long time to me? Just wondering if anyone has had funds wired to their bank account and how long it takes to hit your account?
Just a side note - I was told that this will be a domestic wire transfer and not an international.

you first wrote on the 23rd. It was just approved on the 5th? That is terrible. No excuse for this..... IMHO!:think
 
Yeah Weesie I totally agree. I made a withdrawl from HighNoon on Sunday to my Netspend card and its already there. Only 3 days. We are now on exactly 17 days and still not in my account. I am curious to know if anyone else has withdrawn from Sloto or Desert Nights and how long it took them. Ridiculous!!

I am still looking for my money from Sloto Cash from 30 days ago. I had 2 failed deposits and the money never showed up in my account or my NS card. I contacted them today and got the same message as always "someone is looking into this and we will get back to you when we have more info." 30 DAYS!!!!!!

I know with a wire transfer from any casino after them sending it through, it can take "up to" the 10 business days. I have seen it go to my bank first after 5 business days.

One reason I stopped playing at these 2 particular casinos is because the only way to withdraw is wire and too many people having problems and tons of delays. Hope you get it soon!
