The same here. I deposited regularly last few weeks and never cashed out...nevertheless i don't ask for free money but it's frustrating to see when other players are getting it and i ask myself why are they so biased? lol i don't get this, every week my money got stuck there...

Oh by the way, some months ago they were giving freebies to me regularly but why has this stopped?

I think this is probally one of the first cool bonuses I have ever got from them besides the fantasy golf bonuses but I wouldnt of stopped playing there if I didnt get it. Well I havent gotten a bonus from them in a long time but I did send them an email stating that I paid 10.00 for the ICC card and I never got to use it because they d/c'd the program so I asked that they credit my account back with the 10 bucks I paid for the card No one can use.................lets see what happens.........love duckey

Guys you HAVE to ask them. They are the coolest casino and will probably throw you that free chip, and they are very loyal too. Ask if you can become a VIP. If you deposit a lot and hardly cash out you are probably eligible. Ask and you shall receive! LOL
