Expand the casino to Full Screen
In the Bottom Right Corner there should be a Bonus Box (Or it will say No Bonus etc)
If there is a Bonus Box, just copy and paste (Ctrl + V to paste) into the box.

I didn't get the Free $15, but I did get 100% bonuses at two of the casinos, and cashed out $500 at one of them. Would have been more except for meeting the wagering...lol
