When I logged in there was 100.00 in my account. How it got there I have no idea. I haven't played there in such a long time. The key word here is "was". I had fun while it lasted and it was a great surprise. Thanks for the post because I wouldn't checked otherwise.

Recently, i tried 2 log into my inrertops account. It says locked out im assuming because im in mo {border of kentucky ] I have been making my picks for the nfl picks every week. You have 2 log-in 2 make your picks , the picks are in the sportsbook part of intertops [ lol i have no pproblem logging in there ] And everyone said they were getting money so i checked my casino - account thru the sportsbook part. And of course there is $100 i cant get to. I thought i would be slick and transfer it 2 the sportsbook part. And at least bet on football games , but of course i cant transfer it. To funny same place. You can get in one and not the other :weirdd34 :goofy

I'm locked out too. I recieved and email from them wanting verification of address. I wouldn't have a problem sending it to them but I don't have and utilities in my name and they want a utility bill. Oh well guess I'll spend my money elsewhere.

You guys who don't have utility bills in your name...

If you write a very polite email explaining why you have no bills in your name and include a scan of another piece of mail (Christmas Card, envelope from a busines, ie. lawyer, accountant, doctor, plumber, maybe even a pharmacy label from a prescription, etc.) some casinos will take that instead. It doesn't hurt to try!

You could always type up an envelope addressed to yourself and mail it to yourself if you don't have any of the above options, too.

it took a week for my acct to be unlocked, i faxed in id and a bill with my name on it (not utility bill) and Microgaming unlocked, but it took a week

good luck to all, i missed playing there, they were lots of help with it, just call and they will let u know

Yes they will unlock it everyone send them something, anything guys with your address! Be patient they have to go through the mails one at a time and there are 100's as you can imagine and it is a long process, look at the free money they are giving away because of this mess none of the others are doing that! This will continue to be an awesome casino in my book.

BTW I sent in a screenshot of a bill I pay online and it worked.:grinclap

At least they are giving everyone the chance to send in proof of addressing. I know that this is frustrating and time consuming but Intertops is one of the best out there. Keep smiling streakers because I have a feeling this dark cloud of banning will be over soon enough.
