i did not get the coupon from my e-mail, i got it from a newsletter.

i did not have any problem cashing it in, and i even spoke with the chat before i played to get the cashout max requirement to post here.
they told me the promo was on, and wished me luck.

what happens is when some forums get a hold of them and huge amount of members redeem them in, the expire them. it happens all the time.
