Hello, I dowmloaded vip slots, registered an account. Then I went to live help to ask if they a free money offer for new players. they said yes free $5 in about 24 hours. Then they said I was not allowed to play because I was from Missouri. But Missouri was on there or I would not have been able to register. I was already playing in the free cherry blossom tournment.
