Bad week all around it looks like...

Sadly, after a short battle with ALS (Lou Gehrig's Disease) my long time BF passed away on June 2nd. He was diagnosed in November and wasn't lucky enough to be one of the people who went into remission. We had hopes that he would be fortunate enough to live for at least a year; but that just wasn't meant to be I suppose.

I just wanted to thank the Staff (especially Judy) for all the prayers and thoughts while he fought this battle. You will never know how much it meant to me to hear the words of hope and encouragement that you all sent my way. Things will certainly be different for me now and I know that I have friends here I can come to when I am feeling sad, angry etc. Big hugs to everyone who helped me get through this and who continue to show support in my time of grief.

Sorry I didn't participate much in Vegas; I just couldn't seem to get into it.
